★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Data 15/01/2016 - Fizemos o pedido URGENTE de um botijão de gás. Era 12:30 havendo necessidade de fazer o nosso almoço. A atendente pediu nome, telefone e obviamente o endereço. Às 14:10 o entregador não havia aparecido. Retornamos o pedido à atendente, e esta disse que havia repassado o pedido para o entregador "volante". Repassou simplesmente? Sem acompanhamento do cumprimento da entrega? Depois de nossas reclamações ela disse que o apartamento anotado era o 1.001 do prédio da entrega. Informamos anteriormente que o apartamento era 1.004. Houve erro de anotação do pedido? Além da NÃO-entrega? Se ela tinha o telefone que fornecemos, por que não pediu confirmação do número do apartamento, se o entregador tivesse chamado ao interfone e não foi atendido? Logo nem o entregador foi ao local para a entrega. Este caso é o segundo em dois dias, dia 14/01/2016 solicitamos um botijão em outra empresa e até hoje "nélis de petit-beri". Serviços no Brasil, em todo lugar é um escárnio...
 Date 15/01/2016 - We made the URGENT order for a gas canister. It was 12:30 with no need to make our lunch. The clerk asked for a name, a telephone number, and obviously an address. At 14:10 the delivery boy had not shown up. We returned the order to the clerk, who said that she had passed the order on to the deliveryman. Did you simply go over? Without tracking delivery fulfillment? After our complaints she said the annotated apartment was 1,001 in the delivery building. Please be advised earlier that the apartment was 1,004. Was there an order annotation error? Besides non-delivery? If she had the phone we provided, why didn't she ask for the apartment number if the delivery man had called the intercom and was not answered? Soon neither the delivery man went to the place for delivery. This case is the second in two days, on 14/01/2016 we requested a cylinder in another company and to this day "nelis de petit-beri". Services in Brazil, everywhere is a derision ...
