★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não dão respaldo de nada para os clientes, entramos em contato para receber alguma satisfação e os canais de atendimento em 99% das vezes estão inoperantes, sem falar no próprio site para retirada de boleto que muitas das vezes estão fora do ar
They don't give support to customers, we get in touch to receive some satisfaction and the service channels are inoperative 99% of the time, not to mention the site itself to withdraw the payment slip that is often down.
