Não respondem mensagens, atendem telefone sem qualquer identificação, não dão retorno às solicitações feitas, seja por e-mail ou telefone.
Fiquei uma semana atrás de um posicionamento deles, referente a um problema e só depois de 5 dias ligando diariamente é que me deram retorno.
Péssima gestão, podem mudar de nome, endereço, telefone, cidade, seja lá o que for, mas se nao mudarem a maneira que é gerida não adianta nada.

They do not respond to messages, answer the phone without any identification, do not respond to requests made, whether by email or telephone.
I stayed a week after a position from them, referring to a problem and only after 5 days of calling daily did they get back to me.
Bad management, they can change their name, address, phone number, city, whatever, but if they don't change the way it's managed, it's no use.
