Boa estrutura de serviços.
Faço exames neste local hĂĄ alguns anos, da Ășltima vez perderam os exames anteriores que pedem para deixar de apoio diagnĂłstico.
Fiquei cerca de 14h em jejum para realizar um exame e, ao final do atendimento nĂŁo tinham um cafezinho para servir ao cliente!!!
Tem potencial, mas precisam fazer correçÔes pontuais.

I've been doing exams at this place for a few years, last time they lost the previous exams that ask to stop diagnostic support.
I was fasting for about 14 hours to perform an exam and, at the end of the service, they didn't have a coffee to serve the customer!!!
It has potential, but they need to make occasional corrections.

â â â â â A clĂnica oferece diversas opçÔes de exames que podem serem realizados em Angra. Sou paciente hĂĄ muito tempo e adoro sempre o atendimento que recebo em suas recepçÔes. Inclusive no raio x no Angratrauma, onde minha filha pode realizar um exame assim que saiu de sua consulta com dr. Luiz AntĂŽnio. Fui atendida ontem pela recepcionista Elza que encaixou logo em seguida. Obrigada ultramed.
The clinic offers several exam options that can be performed in Angra. I have been a patient for a long time and I always love the service I receive at their receptions. Including the x-ray at Angratrauma, where my daughter can have an exam as soon as she left her appointment with dr. Luiz antonio. I was attended yesterday by the receptionist Elza who fitted right away. Thank you ultramed.

â â â â â Sou paciente da clinica a muito tempo e posso dizer que o atendimento da Gane Ă© o melhor, super atenciosa, simpĂĄtica e prestativa ! devia ter mais funcionĂĄrios como ela... atua em um turno q merece ate bĂŽnus! Pois perĂodo tarde/noite, nao Ă© para qualquer um! talvez o problema da demora do atendimento nem seje da clinica e sim a prefeitura(SUS) q marca os exames e nao tem nossao da demanda. tava agendada para 18hs, cheguei 17:30, so fui atendida depois das 20:40 e acabou as 21:30... a parte boa que os funcionĂĄrios (q estavam no perĂodo) eram bem competentes, e faz vc esquecer o quanto esta com fome e cansado de esperar!
I've been a patient at the clinic for a long time and I can say that Gane's service is the best, super attentive, friendly and helpful! there should be more employees like her... she works in a shift that deserves a bonus! Well, the afternoon/evening period is not for everyone! maybe the problem of the delay in service is not even the clinic, but the city hall (SUS) that schedules the exams and doesn't have any idea of ââthe demand. it was scheduled for 6:30 pm, I arrived at 5:30 pm, I was only seen after 8:40 pm and it ended at 9:30 pm... hungry and tired of waiting!
