★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO! Fiz o pedido pelo WhatsApp no qual o atendimento é horrível e demorar pra responder, depois de ter feito o pedido demrou 1 hora pra ser produzido e mais 2 horas para entregar!
Não indico pois são funcionários assim que afunda um restaurante que tem tudo para dar certo.
 TERRIBLE! I made the request by WhatsApp in which the service is horrible and take a long time to answer, after having made the order it took 1 hour to produce and 2 more hours to deliver!
I do not indicate because they are employees as soon as a restaurant sinks that has everything to go right.

I have been a customer of Umami for 3 years. I always recommend it to my friends and my family. Flavor, quality and food safety are characteristics of the owners. If you intend to order a Japa in the City for sure it is the best option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira e péssima experiência com este restaurante. Pedi delivery de um poke bowl e um obentô, que levaram 2h10 pra chegar. O atum do poke estava podre, com cheiro e gosto fortes, em temperatura ambiente (deveria estar gelado). O arroz estava sequíssimo, sem gosto algum, péssima textura, não consigo entender como cozinharam um arroz tão ruim, foi uma impressionante proeza. Apesar de eu não ter pedido nada, o gerente teve a coragem de me oferecer 10 reais de desconto pelo ocorrido, 10 reais!... não paga nem uma bebida direito. A Praia Grande infelizmente ainda conta com muitos desses péssimos empresários de fundo de quintal, é triste.
First and bad experience with this restaurant. I ordered delivery of a poke bowl and an obento, which took 2h10 to arrive. The poke tuna was rotten, smelling and tasting strong, at room temperature (it should have been cold). The rice was very dry, without any taste, terrible texture, I can't understand how they cooked such bad rice, it was an impressive feat. Even though I didn't order anything, the manager had the courage to offer me a 10 reais discount for what happened, 10 reais!... he doesn't even pay for a drink. Praia Grande unfortunately still has many of these terrible backyard entrepreneurs, it's sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente minha última experiência foi uma decepção. Fizeram uma promoção de combo de festival e não conseguiram dar conta dos pedidos... Depois de duas horas aguardando a entrega tentei contato pelo telefone o qual não atenderam e a resposta no whatsapp que o pedido estava sendo finalizado.
Unfortunately my last experience was a disappointment. They did a festival combo promotion and were unable to handle the orders ... After two hours waiting for delivery I tried contacting the phone which they didn't answer and the reply on whatsapp that the order was being finalized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico nem para meu inimigo, mais de 50minutos de atraso para entregar um POKE e nem fim de semana é. Já tive problemas em 2021 com o mesmo motivo, parece que não melhorou em nada.
I don't even recommend it to my enemy, more than 50 minutes late to deliver a POKE and it's not even a weekend. I've had problems in 2021 with the same reason, it seems it hasn't improved at all.
