★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, banheiros sujos, roupas de cama sujas, várias baratas no quarto me obrigando a trocar de quarto, café ruim. Infelizmente a cidade tem poucas opções mas há lugares melhores, mesmo pq pior que este é impossível
 Bad service, dirty bathrooms, dirty bedding, several cockroaches in the room forcing me to change rooms, bad coffee. Unfortunately the city has few options but there are better places, even worse than impossible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os colchões são velhos e estão afundados. O quarto que estive tem uma mesa de vidro que torna difícil usar um mouse para computador. Os hóspedes e também funcionários do hotel conversam alto a partir das 5h da manhã e as vezes tem música tocando até depois das 23h, tornando difícil descansar. O café da manhã não é bom nem ruim, poucas opções.
The mattresses are old and sunken. The room I've been has has a glass table that makes it difficult to use a computer mouse. Guests and also hotel staff talk loudly from 5 am in the morning and sometimes have music playing until after 11 pm making it difficult to rest. Breakfast is not good or bad, few choices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quartos super arrumados, café razoável, não possui garagem, atendimento da recepção deixa a deseja, muitas baratas mortas no quarto e banheiro pelas situações descritas o preço da estadia poderia ser melhor, paguei $80 pela diaria.
Super tidy rooms, reasonable coffee, no garage, front desk attendant leaves the desire, many dead cockroaches in the room and bathroom for the described situations the price of the stay could be better, I paid $ 80 per day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nível de estrutura externa do hotel, e bem legal. Limpo, não permite que fumem dentro do hotel, tem muitas plantas. Bonitinho. Quanto o atendimento não e bom. Funcionário não é Cortez, vive deitado no sofá do lobby do hotel assistindo televisao. Troquei de quarto devido o chuveiro estar frio e, no novo quarto, o problema persistiu. Enfim, tem potencial de ser um logar gostoso e aconchegante. O café da manhã e muito bom. Mas precisa melhorar qnto a manutenção dos quartos e o atendimento direto ao cliente .
The external structure level of the hotel, and very nice. Clean, does not allow smoking inside the hotel, has many plants. Cute. Regarding the service is not good. Employee is not Cortez, lives lying on the hotel lobby sofa watching television. I changed rooms because the shower was cold and in the new room the problem persisted. Anyway, it has the potential to be a warm and cozy login. The break fast is very good. But it needs to improve room maintenance and direct customer service.

Não possui estacionamento;
O quarto é legal, mas as coisas não funcionam bem.
Chuveiro não gela bem;
A geladeira externa segundo o responsável "é só de infeite";
O café é bem razoável;
A internet é VERGONHAS. Tem várias redes que não funcionam direito;
A noite ao chegar havia abelhas mortas no quarto que não estava bem limpo, além das 2 que matei. Pela manhã tinha uma dúzia rodeando a lâmpada que me fez deixar o quarto e hotel correndo.
O responsável quis me culpar de deixar o vasculhante aberto, que não estava, ao invés de se desculpar. E após receber foi com SBP tentar matar as abelhas.
Recepção e atendimento VERGONHOSO.
Hotéis com metade da estrutura tem um acolhimento muuuito melhor!!
Horrible.
It does not have parking;
The room is nice, but things don't work out well.
Shower does not cool well;
The external refrigerator, according to the person in charge, "is just an infection";
Coffee is very reasonable;
The internet is SHAME. There are several networks that do not work properly;
The night I arrived there were dead bees in the room that was not very clean, in addition to the 2 I killed. In the morning there were a dozen surrounding the lamp which made me run out of the room and hotel.
The person in charge wanted to blame me for leaving the scanner open, which wasn't, instead of apologizing. And after receiving, he went with SBP to try to kill the bees.
AWESOME reception and service.
Hotels with half the structure have a much better reception!!
