★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em plena pandemia e a pousada não me deu direito a um credito. Perdi 2 diarias e tudo por falta de bom senso dos proprietários. Isso so me mostra a falta de consiência dos proprietários e que são grandes mercenários. Aí não vou nem de graça.
 In the middle of a pandemic and the inn did not give me a credit. I lost 2 daily and all due to lack of common sense of the owners. This only shows me the lack of conscience of the owners and that they are great mercenaries. Then I won't even go for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu marido e eu estivemos lá no dia 25/07. Experiência maravilhosa!! A pousada está seguindo todos os protocolos para manter a segurança de seus hóspedes. A equipe é extremamente simpática e solícita. O ambiente é muito acolhedor, agradável, em meio a uma natureza exuberante!! A limpeza e arrumação dos quartos é primorosa e o café da manhã, preparado individualmente para atender às normas atuais, é uma delícia!
Parabéns à equipe da Pousada do Una que nos recebeu com tanto carinho. Recomendo a todos uma estadia neste lugar!!
My husband and I were there on 25/07. Wonderful experience !! The hostel is following all protocols to maintain the safety of its guests. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very welcoming, pleasant, amid exuberant nature !! The cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms is exquisite and the breakfast, individually prepared to meet current standards, is a delight!
Congratulations to the staff at Pousada do Una who received us with such affection. I recommend everyone to stay at this place !!

Estacionamento próprio em frente.
Funcionários atenciosos e simpaticos.
800 mts da praia.
Ao fundo tem o Rio Una. Uma delícia para se refrescar. Só tem que tomar cuidado com os barcos e jet-ski que eventualmente passam por ali.
Quarto mais simples era bem básico, mas confortável, com ar condicionado e ventilador de teto. Falta um black out (leve tapa-olho).
Restaurante sem grande variedade mas com comida saborosa. As carnes e peixes vieram bem mal passadas mas eles consertaram depois.
Café da manhã igualmente delicioso, podia abrir 30 minutinhos mais cedo, abre as 8.
Voltarei com certeza. :)

In the background is the Rio Una. A delight to cool off. You just have to be careful with the boats and jet-ski that eventually pass by.
Simpler room was very basic, but comfortable, with air conditioning and ceiling fan. A black out is missing (light eye patch).
Restaurant without great variety but with tasty food. The meat and fish came very rare but they fixed it later.
Breakfast also delicious, it could open 30 minutes earlier, it opens at 8.
I will be back for sure. :)

It was amazing adjoining room was great, excellent service from the reception girls and Lula, very polite chef, very tasty food, Lucas from the very nice bar, the inn is all charming, clean, breakfast with good quality products, I loved everything I just missed one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui esse fim de semana e tô encantada até agora, amei as praias próximas, amei a recepção na pousada, atendentes muito educados e atenciosos. Gostei muito (muito mesmo) da comida do chef que é uma pessoa educadíssima. Quartos limpinhos e bem organizado. Vou voltar mais vezes e levar amigos. Valeu muito a pena. ?
I went this weekend and I'm delighted so far, I loved the nearby beaches, I loved the reception at the inn, very polite and attentive attendants. I really enjoyed (very much) the chef's food, who is a very polite person. Clean and well organized rooms. I will come back more often and bring friends. It was so worth it. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizamos uma reserva no início de janeiro para minha família , infelizmente os meus sogros tiveram contato com uma pessoa com covid que mora junto a eles, os dois apresentaram sintomas e tínhamos um documento médico que relatava que deveriam manter quarentena. Entramos em contato com a empresa para verificar um possível acordo (não pedimos devolução do valor pago), explicamos toda situação mas não sentimos interesse algum desta empresa em tentar nos ajudar. Deixo aqui relatado a minha insatisfação.
Estrutura oferecida não condiz com os altos valores cobrados na diária.
We made a reservation at the beginning of January for my family, unfortunately my in-laws had contact with a person with covid who lives next to them, they both showed symptoms and we had a medical document that reported that they should keep quarantine. We contacted the company to verify a possible agreement (we do not ask for a refund of the amount paid), we explain the whole situation but we do not feel any interest from this company in trying to help us. I leave here my dissatisfaction.
The structure offered does not match the high amounts charged in the daily rate.
