★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente Péssima !!!!!! Quando fiz o curso de alongamento me indicaram essa loja, (infelizmente e a única em Campinas,acredito que por issoi existe o abuso !!!!! ) Comprei todo meu material lá.
Em dezembro/18 comprei um motorzinho para lixamento, nao fui informada sobre prazo de garantia, me informaram para que eu guardasse nota e embalagem....assim eu fiz....o mesmo deu defeito menos de 30 dias após a compra....fui ata lá, e tive problema pra resolver....mas resolveu ( trocaram o cabo ) passado mais 30 dias o motor simplesmente durante procedimento parou...estive la mais uma vez.....informaram que sem nota nao teria o que fazer...levei a nota !!!! A resposta que tive foi essa : Não posso fazer nada, perdeu a garantia !!!!!
Si quer tentaram testar o produto, inclusive disseram que nem vendem mais !!!!
Isso e falta de respeito com as pessoas !!!!!
Um produto não pode simplesmente parar....e o vendedor simplesmente dizer que nao pode fazer nada !!!!!!
Poderiam ao menos no momento da venda dizer que a qualidade do produto não era boa !!!! Isso ja ajudaria !!!!!
Decepção, indignação e tristeza com comerciantes assim !!!!!!

 Unfortunately Grim !!!!!! When I did the stretching course I was shown this store, (unfortunately and the only one in Campinas, I believe that's why there is abuse !!!!!) I bought all my stuff there.
In December / 18 I bought a sander motor, I was not informed about the warranty period, I was informed that I should keep the note and the packaging .... so I did .... it was defective less than 30 days after the purchase. ... I was attached there, and I had problem to solve .... but solved (changed the cable) after another 30 days the engine simply during procedure stopped ... I was there again ..... they informed that without note I would not have to do ... I took the note !!!! The answer I had was this: I can not do anything, lost the guarantee !!!!!
If they tried to test the product, they even said that they do not even sell more !!!!
This is lack of respect with people !!!!!
A product can not simply stop .... and the seller simply say that it can not do anything !!!!!!
They could at least at the time of sale say that the quality of the product was not good !!!! That would already help !!!!!
Disappointment, indignation and sadness with merchants so !!!!!!
I do not recommend this establishment to anyone !!!!

A vendedora que me atendeu não soube tirar minha dúvida,mas a outra sim!a loja tem de tudo,e não achei os preços caros não! ótima opção em Campinas pra quem procura material profissional em extensão de cílios e alongamento de unhas!nota 10!
I went there with a doubt and willing to buy a product. The saleswoman who attended me didn't know how to take my doubt, but the other one did! The store has everything, and I didn't find the prices expensive! Great option in Campinas for those looking for professional material in eyelash extension and nail extension!

A proprietária do estabelecimento é péssima profissional! Eu nem chamaria de profissional! Fui aluna do curso mas não cheguei a finalizar porque fui extremamente mal atendida. Durante as aulas a professora e dona do estabelecimento tinha uma postura totalmente anti ética e sempre apontava o curso dela como o unico bom da cidade e os demais não prestavam. Sempre ofendia a moral das alunas e não respeitava o direito das pessoas. A imagem do estabelecimento não é nada daquilo que a gente vê pessoalmente. Pesquisem muito antes de se matricular em algum curso para não ter a horrenda experiência que eu tive!

The owner of the establishment is a terrible professional! I wouldn't even call it a professional! I was a student of the course but I didn't finish because I was extremely poorly attended. During classes, the teacher and owner of the establishment had a totally unethical posture and always pointed out her course as the only good thing in the city and the others were no good. He always offended the students' morals and did not respect people's rights. The image of the establishment is nothing like what we see personally. Do a lot of research before enrolling in a course so you don't have the horrendous experience I had!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento,nenhum interesse de mostrar os produtos e pedimos ajuda sobre os produtos e não tem interesse nenhum de ajudar. Me senti super incomodada pelo atendimento via whatsapp e demora muito para responder e as vezes nem responde. Desistir de fazer a compra simplesmente pela falta de um atendimento bom.
Bad service, no interest in showing the products and we ask for help about the products and have no interest in helping. I felt super uncomfortable by the service via whatsapp and it takes a long time to answer and sometimes I don't even answer. Give up making the purchase simply for lack of good service.

Mas uma semana antes de ir ate a loja ligue e pedi o Whats app para verificar a possibilidade de um orçamento.
Fui muito bem atendida pela funcionaria, a mesma esclareceu todas as duvidas e informações que precisava sobre valores.
Ao receber meu vale no dia 20/11 fui ate a loja e solicitei a ajuda de uma funcionaria que me auxiliou no processo de escolha dos matérias. A mesma viu modelo de cilios, pinça e demais itens utilizados no procedimento.
Na hora de pegar a cola e o removedor, ela me informou que a loja não poderia me vender porque não era permitida a venda sem o certificado de conclusão do curso.
Porem, para realizar o mesmo era necessário a compra de todos os item, principalmente a cola.
Achei um absurdo !!! Comprei todos os materiais, gastei por volta de R$ 351,00 porem não posso iniciar meu curso e nem treinar o procedimento em cílios postiço para aperfeiçoar a técnica porque a loja não me vendeu a cola!
Verifiquei e em lugar nenhum existe essa regra apenas nessa lojinha!!
Não perca seu tempo indo ate este lugar.
Se não podem vender a cola, porque me deixaram comprar os demais itens?
ao meu ver deveria permitir a entrada na loja de vocês apenas com certificado em mãos, assim não passaria pelo descaso que passei!!
On Friday, November 20, 2020 I went to the store to buy my lash material

I was very well attended by the staff, it clarified all doubts and information I needed about values.
When I received my voucher on 11/20, I went to the store and asked for help from an employee who helped me in the process of choosing the materials. She saw a model of eyelashes, tweezers and other items used in the procedure.
When it came time to get the glue and the remover, she informed me that the store could not sell me because the sale was not allowed without the certificate of completion of the course.
However, to accomplish the same it was necessary to purchase all items, especially the glue.
I found it absurd !!! I bought all the materials, spent around R $ 351.00, but I can't start my course or train the procedure on false eyelashes to perfect the technique because the store didn't sell me the glue!
I checked and nowhere does this rule exist only in this store !!
Don't waste your time going to this place.
If they can't sell the glue, why did they let me buy the other items?
in my view it should allow you to enter your store with only a certificate in hand, so I would not go through the neglect I went through !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento a atendente não olha para você ficar no celular e o atendimento na redes sociais e WhatsApp e péssimo também parece que você está fazendo um favor para elas, precisa rever o quadro de funcionários não tem preço nas mercadoria a menina mais velha na loja não sabe para que serve a maioria dos produtos o único que o atendimento é bom e no caixa um rapaz campinas precisa de mais loja de material de cilios com urgência e pior trouxe o material tudo errado e não troca Procon na certa Péssimo atendimento.

Equipe Totalmente despreparada, só comprei porque tinha um atendimento no sábado e como estava chovendo não quis ir em outra loja. Sai de lá me sentindo péssima, pois por ser nova no seguimento e não entender bem sobre os produtos não tive nenhuma ajuda. Nunca mais volto nessa loja! (sem dizer que até o moço do estacionamento disse que muitas pessoas voltam dali reclamando do atendimento que eu não era a primeira) Então ....
Terrible service, I was alone in the store, there were no other customers and no one came to help me. Team Totally unprepared, I only bought it because there was an appointment on Saturday and as it was raining I didn't want to go to another store. I left there feeling terrible, because I was new to the segment and didn't understand well about the products, I didn't have any help. I will never go back to this store again! (not to mention that even the parking lot guy said that many people come back from there complaining about the service that I wasn't the first one) So ....
