Não estavam nem a dona e nem uma gerente.
Cheguei tinha uma fila de espera e ao perguntar sobre como funcionava a espera pois tenho um bebê pequeno e falar que já havia combinado com a gerente que ela iria me dar um atendimento preferencial, a funcionária se irritou extremamente dizendo que as donas não falam nada com elas e elas não tem obrigação de nada conosco clientes e nem tinham obrigação de falar conosco e nos atenderem .
Juntaram mais duas manicures que estavam com clientes e começaram a gritar conosco, serem extremamente agressivas mesmo.
Ficamos com receio e não quis ser atendida pelo local. Espero os donos, responsáveis venham ficar sabendo do ocorrido.

There was neither the owner nor a manager.
I arrived there was a waiting line and when I asked about how the waiting worked because I have a small baby and I said that I had already arranged with the manager that she would give me preferential care, the employee was extremely irritated saying that the owners do not speak anything to they and they do not have any obligation to do anything with us clients, nor were they obligated to talk to us and assist us.
They joined two more manicures who were with clients and started yelling at us, being extremely aggressive indeed.
We were afraid and did not want to be served by the place. I hope the owners, responsible, come to know what happened.
