Quero deixar aqui minha gratidão pelo excelente atendimento, de hoje e de todas as vezes que venho fazer minhas unhas, com vcs, adoro fazer o SPA dos pés ❤️Que sensação maravilhosa, a técnica de vcs é maravilhosa, minha unha fica perfeita, minhas cutículas super hidratadas, não troco por nada, muito obrigada.

Fiz unhas de fibra de vidro, a unha ficou bem grosseira, tive que lixar em casa tudo novamente, a cuticulagem ficou péssima e a gota d’água é que a pintura foi feita com 2 camadas em uma mão e somente uma na outra, decoração deixou muito a desejar, então tive que pedir para tirar e fazer uma pintura bem simples, que ainda sendo simples foi mal feita. É um absurdo sair do salão e ter que refazer tudo em casa.
Completamente frustrada!
Não indico e nunca mais volto.

I did fiberglass nails, the nail was very coarse, I had to sand it all over again at home, the cuticle was terrible and the last straw is that the painting was done with 2 layers in one hand and only one in the other, decoration it left a lot to be desired, so I had to ask to take it out and make a very simple painting, which was still simple but badly done. It is absurd to leave the salon and have to redo everything at home.
Completely frustrated!
I do not indicate and I will never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei decepcionada, fui para re-esmaltar dedo que eu borrei, a responsável pelo atendimento não fazer , não quiz nem saber, nem que pagasse pelo serviço.
Muito fria, pois as manicures estação todas lado de fora do Studio .

A moça não ficou conversando comigo, oq eu adoro.
Eu tenho muito receio de ir em cabeleireiro e ter q ficar conversando, como era eu e mais umas 6 clientes no salão, todas ouviam o papo de uma única mulher q falava bastante e eu pude ficar quietinha na minha ouvi do e pensando na minha vidinha.

Extremamente grosso e com gel faltando em várias partes, resolvi remover lá mesmo, com outra profissional pois a que fez o alongamento só faltou arrancar meu dedo fora. A que removeu nem tinha conhecimento técnico pra fazer a remoção, ficava perguntando pra que fez o alongamento como fazia. Não deixei nem ela terminar de tirar o gel pois doeu tanto que fiquei com medo de furarem minha unha. O resultado depois de um mês? Minha unha do dedo anelar está pendurada e estou só esperando ela cair sozinha, fora a dor e o alto risco de dar fungos! E quem se responsabiliza? A unhas carioca é que não né? Apenas um alerta que não basta ter nome, precisam ter profissionais qualificadas! E não quero que entrem em contato comigo pois não dá pra desfazer o dano da minha unha!

I didn't even let her finish removing the gel because it hurt so much that I was afraid they would pierce my nail. The result after a month? My ring fingernail is hanging and I'm just waiting for it to fall off by itself, apart from the pain and the high risk of fungus! And who is responsible? The carioca nails are not, right? Just an alert that it's not enough to have a name, they need to have qualified professionals! And I don't want them to contact me because I can't undo the damage to my nail!
