★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei um horário para fazer esmaltaçao em gel com duas semanas de antecedência e, para minha surpresa, quando cheguei lá não havia profissional para me atender. Esperei por uma hora, a cada minuto me davam uma desculpa diferente e ninguém chegava para fazer o atendimento. Fui embora, nunca fui tratada com tanto descaso em toda minha vida. Sai de lá e consegui ser atendida com excelente qualidade na Esmalteria Nacional (que fica ali perto, na Alameda Franca). Meninas, não percam o tempo de vocês, existem esmalterias muito mais sérias e profissionais na cidade!

I left there and managed to be served with excellent quality at the Esmalteria Nacional (which is nearby, in Alameda Franca). Girls, don't waste your time, there are much more serious and professional nail polishes in town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A opção de não marcar hora é boa, mas Domingo 26 de janeiro 2020 fiz minha mão qdo cheguei não tinha uma ordem então ficou aquele empurra "é vc? Não quem é " super desagradável. A profissional com o uniforme sujo o sistema de tirar a cutícula sem alicate horrível e acho que estavam sem esterilizar e hoje amanheci com todas minhas unhas irritadas. Tomara que não infeccione senão vou processa-los.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepcionista nada profissional, após me confirmar que poderia me atender depois de uma cliente, então eu disse que ia dar uma volta no shopping pra ver se consegui colar 2 unhas de que quebraram porque ela não poderia fazer, após retornar por alguns minutos para confirmar o horário, ela super grossa, sem educação e claramente não queria me atender disse: “agora não posso mais, encaixei outra no seu lugar”. Eu agradeci e sai. No mínimo deveria ser mais profissional e saber conversar e atender os clientes. Não volto nunca mais nessa loja, já fui em várias Unhas Cariocas pelo Brasil e nunca vi tamanha falta de profissionalismo.

I thanked him and left. At the very least, you should be more professional and know how to talk and serve customers. I will never come back to this store again, I have been to several Cariocas in Brazil and I have never seen such a lack of professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa é a terceira unidade da rede que eu visito e sem sombra de dúvida é a melhor. Fui atendida pela dona que foi super atenciosa. A manicure foi a Ana que fez um trabalho excelente. Conversou somente o necessário, focando no trabalho. O ambiente é agradável e a playlist bem adequada. Super recomendo.
This is the third unit on the network that I visit and without a shadow of a doubt it's the best. I was assisted by the owner who was super attentive. The manicurist was Ana who did an excellent job. He talked only as much as necessary, focusing on his work. The atmosphere is pleasant and the playlist is well suited. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adorei: unhas muito bem feitas, atendimento rápido, simpático e sem horário marcado. Recomendo a Irani, que tirou as minhas cutículas finíssimas sem machucar, mão + pé feitos muito rápido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer a remoção de um banho em gel e a manicure detonou a minha unha. Eu disse que só queria tirar o banho e não diminuir a unha. Ela usou uma lixa meio oval e por isso minha unha ficou todo ondulada. E ainda lixou tanto a minha unha que eu sentia dor ao tomar banho quente, minhas unhas ficaram muito sensíveis. Não recomendo, ela parecia não saber o que estava fazendo, me machucou muito. Ainda estou tentando me recuperar.
I went for a gel bath removal and the manicurist ruined my nail. I said I just wanted to take the shower and not shorten the nail. She used a medium oval file and that's why my nail was all wavy. And it still screwed my nail so much that I felt pain when taking a hot shower, my nails were very sensitive. I don't recommend it, she didn't seem to know what she was doing, it hurt me a lot. I'm still trying to recover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem fui fazer a unha na referida unidade, as uso bem curtas, porque digito muito. Me ofereceram esmaltar com gel. Fiz esse tipo de esmaltação, quando finalizou a manicure me alertou porque minhas unhas estavam muito curtas poderia descascar, mas caso ocorresse ela varia a correção. Já não achei legal, porque ela poderia ter avisado antes de fazer, o procedimento é super caro, me custou R$ 160,00. E dito e feito, a pintura dos indicadores descascou e mandei uma mensagem para passar no final da tarde para fazer a correção combinada. Depois de algum tempo me mandaram uma mensagem, de que iriam me cobrar por que seria culpa , minha dado que eu roeria a unha! Fato que não é vdd, eu que pedi para a manicure lixar bem, pois eu prefiro usar curta. Enfim, duas vezes foram antiéticos comigo nessa unidade. Não volto mais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que decepção ease local, nem comecarei falando sobre preço pois ate reconheço que o service que tive de remocao de unha de acrilico e banho de gel leva se tempo e cuidado. Porem achei caro pelo fato de ter saido com duas cuticulas machucadas e sangrando e o banho de gel grosso e acabamento a desejar infelizmente.
Mas o que realmente me chocou foi o tratamento de pedicure, novamente acabamento a desejar , com cuticula borrada de esmalte.
Sem contar que a profissional nao machucou minha cuticula do pé tambem porque eu precisei pedir para ela parar.
Nunca mais volto nesse salao e nem recomendo a ninguem, tratamento a desejar. Por favor gente nao faca um pedicure onde valeria apenas o valor de esmaltacao porque foi isso que fizeram em mim pelo valor de pedicure.
Horrivel , ate agora estou com os dedos sensiveis de dor e pes borrados.
What a disappointment, ease location, I won't even start talking about price because I even recognize that the service I had of acrylic nail removal and gel bath takes time and care. However, I found it expensive due to the fact that I left with two bruised and bleeding cuticles and the thick gel bath and a bad finish unfortunately.
But what really shocked me was the pedicure treatment, again finishing to be desired, with smudged nail polish cuticle.
Not to mention that the professional didn't hurt my foot cuticle either because I had to ask her to stop.
I will never go back to this salon and I don't recommend it to anyone, treatment to be desired. Please people don't do a pedicure where it would only be worth the enamel price because that's what they did to me for the pedicure price.
Horrible, until now I have sensitive toes from pain and smudged feet.
