★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diferente da unidade do shopping Mooca Plaza, nesta é possível agendar horário para fazer pé/mão, o que já evita dor cabeça. Ainda sim a profissional que me atenderia faltou, e graças ao empenho das funcionárias e do dono, fui muito bem atendida e recomendo esta franquia!
Unlike the Mooca Plaza shopping unit, it is possible to schedule time to do foot/hand work in this one, which already avoids headaches. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resolvi dar mais uma chance para esse lugar, mas infelizmente apesar do atendimento na recepção ter sido cordial a manicure foi bem ruim: saí com as unhas machucadas, esmaltadas de forma grosseira e lixadas mais do que foi solicitado. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei manicure pelo WhatsApp com dias de antecedência, cheguei no horário agendado, percebi que estava lotado e a recepcionista não achava meu agendamento, tive que mostrar meu celular com as mensagens que troquei para o agendamento, por fim, quando ela localizou meu nome, referiu que a manicure acabava de começar outro atendimento. Não bastasse isso ela me falou que só teria vaga nos próximos 45 minutos, tive que desistir e ir embora . Foi a terceira vez no local e percebo os mesmos imprevistos, pequenos atrasos no atendimento. A segunda vez que estive no local a manicure fez minha unha de qualquer jeito, enfim, creio que precisam rever a qualidade do serviço.
