★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida na unidade Carioca Shopping , as manicures são educadas, gostei da unha, só achei chato ter que pagar por fora para a manicure usar o spray secante em minhas unhas. Achei abusivo. Faço as unhas em outros salões do Carioca Shopping e nunca me cobraram o spray.
I was seen at the Carioca Shopping unit, the manicures are polite, I liked the nails, I just found it annoying to have to pay for the manicure to use the drying spray on my nails. I found it abusive. I do my nails in other salons in Carioca Shopping and they never charged me for the spray.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cumpriu o que propõe, fui atendida logo que cheguei sem marcar hora. Já tem 6 dias que fiz e as unhas continuam perfeitas. Não tenho certeza do nome da profissional, mas acho que é Samara.
Fulfilled what it proposes, I was attended as soon as I arrived without making an appointment. It's been 6 days since I did and the nails are still perfect. I'm not sure the professional's name, but I think it's Samara.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já estive nesse salão algumas vezes e a última profissional que me atendeu foi ótima. Fiz o serviço de cutilagem, esmaltação e repos, pela indicação da mesma e ficou muito bom. Os pés ficaram macios, hidratados, livre de calosidades e ainda recebi uma boa massagem e cafezinho de cortesia. Três questões a melhorar no estabelecimento: primeiro a organização na agenda (quando você entra na fila de espera, a recepção não consegue informar um horário certo para o cliente retornar e receber o atendimento), segundo o asseio no material (as toalhas que por estarem marcadas com esmalte, tem aspecto de ausência de troca entre um atendimento e outro. A impressão é que as utilizam um dia inteiro para todos os clientes) e terceiro o corporativismo na equipe (senti falta da harmonia e união entre as profissionais). Pelo trabalho da profissional a avaliação é ótima, porém todo o conjunto precisa estar em sincronia, por isso registro com 3 estrelas a avaliação.
I've been to this salon a few times and the last professional who attended to me was great. I did the cutilage, enameling and repos service, according to her recommendation and it was very good. My feet were soft, hydrated, free of calluses and I even received a good massage and complimentary coffee. Three issues to improve in the establishment: first, the organization of the agenda (when you enter the queue, the reception cannot inform a specific time for the customer to return and receive the service), secondly, the cleanliness of the material (the towels that, because they are marked with nail polish, it looks like there is no exchange between one service and another. The impression is that they use them for a whole day for all customers) and thirdly, the corporatism in the team (I missed the harmony and union between the professionals). For the professional's work, the evaluation is great, but the whole set needs to be in sync, so I give the evaluation 3 stars.
