Gostei muito do método da Unhas Fifteen e me senti segura em agendar. Desde o meu primeiro atendimento senti que estava no lugar certo, as profissionais desde a recepção são muito educadas e solícitas. As profissionais que cuidam das minhas unhas são excelentes também. Detalhe: a prof fica encima e corrige tudo que está fora do padrão de perfeição! Então simATE SENDO MODELO EU SAIU LINDAAA!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fazia alongamento de unha a mais de um ano, o atendimento cada dia que passa, fica a desejar. O pior momento foi eu fazer o agendamento para o dia 06/01/22 que a gerente Safira me confirmou e deu a palavra dela que estaria abrindo nesse dia, eu insisti pra ter certeza se abriria pois dia 08/01/22 será a festa do meu casamento. Fui fazer a manutenção duas semanas antes para as festas defim de ano, conversando com pessoal que trabalha lá, tive a triste notícia que só vao abrir dia 11/01/22. E fiquei impressionada que ninguem entrou em contato desmarcando, fui falar como era possível. No dia a Safira nao estava no local e se recusando a falar por telefone, por fim disse que nao tinha o que fazer, já que as prestadoras de serviços nao iriam na data que ela me prometeu que estaria aberto e nem se preocupando em me avisar, para que pudesse me organizar. Logo que eu tenho uma data tao importante para ir, fiquei muito triste com a falta de respeito comigo, tive que descobrir por um acaso conversando com as manicures. E nem um sinto muito, eu ganhei. Só disse não vamos abrir e pronto, vai no ultimo dia que vamos estar aberto, dia 30/12/21 pra ficar perto da data. Poxa como fico com a minha unha com mais de uma semana sem fazer para o dia do meu casamento, estou bem triste com a situação até hoje, o que fazer nessa situação.
A qualidade dos materiais cada vez mais pessima, as meninas que faz a manutenção nao tem ferramentas direito para trabalho, 7 atendem com 2 cabine para dividir, vejo elas pedindo os ponteiros novos, hoje receberam novos ponteiros e disseram que era presente de fim de ano. Onde já se viu comemorar pq ganhou materias para trabalhar. As meninas da recepção em média de 3 meses troca, a administração, e atendimento ao clientes pessimo.

As soon as I have such an important date to go, I was very sad with the lack of respect for me, I had to find out by chance talking to the manicures. And not one sorry, I won. I just said we're not going to open it and that's it, it's going to be open on the last day, 12/30/21 to stay close to the date. Heck as I have my nail with more than a week without doing it for my wedding day, I'm very sad with the situation until today, what to do in this situation.
The quality of the materials is getting worse, the girls who do the maintenance don't have the right tools to work, 7 have 2 booths to share, I see them asking for new hands, today they received new hands and they said it was a year-end gift . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepção! Serviço caro de péssima qualidade. Fui atendida por duas meninas, uma fez o alongamento e a outra pintou, sendo que ambas arrancaram um bife de cada mão que ficou sangrando, ou seja elas não tem cuidado nenhum com a mão da cliente.
Além disso a unha foi lixada torta e a aplicação deixa as unhas arrebitadas para cima, onde se percebe facilmente que são unhas alongadas, não fica nada natural. Por fim, além do valor ser carissimo a recepcionista fica empurrando outras coisas como oleo secante que na minha opinião deveria estar incluso nos R$270 cobrados

Um desrespeito com as clientes, trocam a profissional no meio do atendimento.
Fiz a aplicação e mais 2 manutenções, não existe padrão de atendimento, em cada uma das vezes que fui, uma pessoa que me atendeu
E ainda sim não vi o serviço sendo executado de forma como anunciam na rede social
2 vezes a mesma Manicure me atendeu, ela conversa demais, mesmo avisando que as cutículas são sensíveis a pessoa acaba beliscando e esfrega a toalhinha na tentativa de parar, fazendo com que esse procedimento quase ainda mais sangramento, dor e incômodo
Além disso tudo, o valor cobrado é um absurdo pelo serviço prestado
Solicita o atendimento com uma funcionária, a mesma não vai trabalhar e não avisam
Só descobre quando outra pessoa te chama e faz seu atendimento
