O esmalte ficou com bolinhas e mal passado , meu dedo ficou dolorido depois que sangrou."Profissionais" antipáticas, parecem que estão aí obrigadas. Pedi para que a manicure acertasse minha unha pois ela deixou torta e a mesma me entregou a lixa me perguntando se eu não queria lixar, se fosse para eu fazer minhas unhas não teria ido aí e pago 64 reais (que pra mim foram jogados no lixo, pelo constrangimento causado e o mal serviços prestado). Se me falarem para ir aí de graça ainda não vou. E também não recomendo. Coloquei uma estrela pq tinha que colocar alguma coisa porque pela minha vontade mesmo não colocaria nada.
My experience was terrible, both the service and the services provided were terrible. The nail polish got pellets and rare, my finger was sore after it bled. Unfriendly "professionals", it seems they are obliged there. I asked the manicure to hit my nail because she left pie and she handed me the sandpaper asking me if I didn't want to sand, if it was for me to do my nails I wouldn't have gone there and paid 64 reais (which for me were thrown in the trash) , for the embarrassment caused and the poor services provided). If they tell me to go there for free, I still won't. I also don't recommend it. I put a star because I had to put something because I would not put anything.

Cheguei hoje para fazer uma unha que foi agendada às 12h30 e, para minha surpresa, não existia esse horário, fui marcada para as 13h, apesar de ter recebido a confirmação para mais cedo. Mostrei a mensagem de confirmação, disseram que me atenderiam, me enrolaram até 12h50 para falar que só conseguiriam fazer esmaltação por conta do horário. Falta de respeito e transparência! Não volto mais
Since it changed from Dunhas to Unhas Perdizes, the service only declined. I arrived today to have a nail done which was scheduled at 12:30 pm and, to my surprise, this time did not exist, I was scheduled for 1:00 pm, despite having received confirmation for earlier. I showed the confirmation message, they said they would assist me, they stopped me until 12:50 pm to say that they would only be able to do enamelling because of the time. Lack of respect and transparency! I'm not coming back
