Após duas horas fizemos novamente o pedido e ainda assim não entregaram.
Foram mais de 4 horas de espera, fomos super mal atendidos e tivemos que buscar.
Se fosse para mim o açaí eu nem teria ido buscar de tanta raiva que me fizeram passar.
Muita falta de respeito e comprometimento com o cliente.
I ordered an açaí for my grandmother, it was delivery and they didn't place my order.
After two hours we placed the order again and they still didn't deliver.
There were more than 4 hours of waiting, we were super poorly attended and we had to pick it up.
If the açaí was for me I wouldn't even have gone to get it because of so much anger that they made me go away.
Much lack of respect and commitment to the customer.
