★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento foi ruim, não podem providenciar nem um prato pro cliente. Ar condicionado parou de funcionar no meio da madrugada, fechadura com defeito e café da manhã fraco. Funcionaria arrogante.
Service was bad, they can't even provide a dish for the customer. Air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night, faulty lock and poor breakfast. It would be arrogant.
