Estou super mega satisfeita com a minha academia união fitns a melhor do bairro pois já andei peregrinando por várias inclusive maior que a união c aparelhos superiores mais não tinha profissionais que me acompanhasse. Eu faço academia a 17 anos gdo fui parar na união percebi que só joguei dinheiro fora gente eu só ficava fazendo o que a ficha mandava em 4 meses que estou na união o Cláudio e o Jhonny me passam exercícios que nunca tinha feito e peso que eu nunca tinha pegado nesses 17 anos.
Sem palavras o resultado no meu corpo é nítido e olha que ainda tem exercícios que eu ainda não consigo executar mais de 4 repetições mais os professores fica ali do lado tá bom vc tá conseguindo e eu me sentindo as vezes a véia da academia por não consegui mesmo com as minhas limitações tô c músculos que nunca tive.
Best gym I've ever attended excellent physical trainers and wonderful wordless cardio classes. I'm super mega satisfied with my gym union fitns the best in the neighborhood because I've been wandering through several even bigger than the union and superior appliances, but I didn't have professionals to accompany me. I've been working in the gym for 17 years, and I ended up in the union I realized that I only threw money away, guys, I just kept doing what the record told me to do in 4 months that I'm in the union, Cláudio and Jhonny give me exercises I've never done and weight that I I had never caught it in those 17 years.
Without words, the result in my body is clear and look that there are still exercises that I still can't do more than 4 repetitions, but the teachers are on the side, ok, you're doing it and I sometimes feel like the gym's vein for not being able to even with my limitations I'm muscles I never had.
