Estou desde o dia 17/02 tentando fazer cancelamento de matrícula, pois os livros são extremamente defasados, edição de 2009, 11 anos, completamente desatualizados.
E continuo nessa saga até hoje (02/03). Coordenação não atende, 0800 de deixa ouvindo propaganda por mais de 10 minutos, telefone do pólo só atende se você coloca a opção que não é aluno e te manda ligar novamente...
Se você pensa que entrar, boa sorte, porque eu tô tentando é cair fora!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O telefone realmente é de enfeite né? Não serve pra nada. A pessoa liga não consegue falar com ninguém fui encaminhada via WhatsApp e também não conseguir falar com ninguém além de um robô é claro. Descaso total com quem pretende estudar nessa unidade vocês estão de parabéns .
