★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Unibaby entrou em contato comigo, após ter tido parto da Unimed de Americana, dando um brinde de 1 foto 30x40. Foi assim que conheci o trabalho deles e fechei contrato para acompanhamento mensal. Infelizmente minha experiencia com o trabalho deles não foi boa, e não indico o trabalho deles para ninguém. Quando fechei o contrato deles a dona falou que eu poderia tirar 3 fotos em família, durante o acompanhamento mensal de 1 ano. E todas datas comemorativas eu poderia escolher 1 foto em família sem custo adicional. Nos ensaios de ano novo tive que pagar a foto em família a parte, porque a funcionaria que me atendeu desconhecia o esse brindes. Neste mesmo ensaio ela queria me cobrar R$ 25,00 reais por foto adicional, sendo que todos os ensaios anteriores eu paguei R$15,00, questionei a funcionaria sobre o valores, e ela manteve o valor de R$15,00 reais. O ultimo ensaio da minha filha estava agendado para o dia 28/03 com o tema de pascoa, devido a pandemia eles entrou em contato e pediu para adiantar para o dia 25/04. Falei que não poderia ir devido eu estar em fechamento no serviço, mas que minha mãe ia no meu lugar e escolhias as fotos como está em contrato, chegando no dia do ensaio eles tiraram 12 fotos e falaram que ia mandar todas sem eu poder escolher, daí minha mãe falou que era para elas me ligar, porque o combinado em contrato era eu escolher 10 fotos do meu gosto,e naquele ensaio a bebe tinha chorado, ela responderam que tinha uma cliente esperando esperando. Quando minha mãe chegou em casa, ela me ligou para avisar que ela não pode escolher as fotos, daí entrei em contato questionando a decisão deles sem me consultar. Elas me respondeu que todas clientes concordaram, e com essa decisão eu ia ganhar 2 fotos a mais. Retornei falando que não concordava com a decisão deles sem me consultar, porque nos últimos ensaios tinha ficado saldo de foto para escolher, porque minha filha estava chorando muito nos ensaios. Ela falou que ia esperar para escolher as fotos do tema de pascoa até dia 20/04, sendo que a pascoa é 12/04. No dia 08/04 eles entraram em contato querendo agendar para o dia escolher as fotos por chamado de vídeo no dia 13/04. Infelizmente eu não tive as fotos de pascoa na data! Meu contrato só foi entregue para eu assinar no ensaio de 4 meses, e no contrato só vem falando os deveres que os clientes tem que cumprir, simplesmente não encomendo!

When my mother came home, she called me to tell you that she can not choose the pictures, so I contacted questioning their decision without consulting me. They told me that all customers agreed, and with this decision I was going to win 2 photos more. I returned saying he did not agree with their decision without consulting me, because the last tests had been photo balance to choose because my daughter was crying a lot in rehearsals. She said she would wait to choose the Easter theme pictures until April 20, with Easter being April 12. On 08/04 they contacted wanting schedule for the day to choose the pictures by calling the video on 13/04. Unfortunately I did not have the Easter pictures on the date! My contract was only handed over to me to sign for the 4-month rehearsal, and the contract only talks about the duties that customers have to fulfill, I just don't order!
