Em Março de 2022 com o valor da mensalidade 672,09 estamos em Maio e recebo 2 boletos de 1114,00 cada.Já fui lá e ninguém sabe da informação,liguei várias vezes e ninguém
Informa nada.péssimo atendimento e falta de compromisso com o consumidor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo nem para o pior inimigo, faculdade que só pensa em lucrar infelizmente vou ter q permanecer pq estou presa através de um financiamento, mas quem está pensando em entrar vai para qualquer outra e fuja da UNIBH.
Sistema ânima horrível, não são matérias separadas e sim UC (um bloco de matérias para um único professor dar aula) são apenas 2 ucs por semestre e os professores passam a aula correndo para conseguir aplicar todo o conteúdo, porém a aprendizagem é 0.
Tudo aos cocos e ainda aumenta a mensalidade um absurdo falando para a melhoria, e não querem voltar para a aula presencial, sou da área da saúde e tive 5 aulas práticas durante 1 ano.
Decepção
I don't even recommend it to the worst enemy, a college that only thinks about making a profit, unfortunately I'll have to stay because I'm stuck through a funding, but anyone who is thinking about joining goes to any other and flees UNIBH.
Horrible anima system, they are not separate subjects, but UC (a block of subjects for a single teacher to teach) there are only 2 ucs per semester and teachers spend the class running to be able to apply all the content, but the learning is 0.
Everything to the coconuts and still increases the monthly fee, an absurd speaking for the improvement, and they don't want to go back to the face-to-face class, I'm in the health area and I had 5 practical classes during 1 year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entre nessa faculdade n, nunca resolvem nada, tô tentando receber meu ressarcimento pq cancelei minha matrícula antes do início da aula e até hj nada, quando liga é sempre as mesmas respostas "vamos olhar" esse vamos olhar já tá passando de 25 (DIAS UTEIS!!) e é assim com qlq coisa que vc for resolver!
Don't go to this college, they never solve anything, I'm trying to get my refund because I canceled my registration before the start of class and until today nothing, when you call it's always the same answers "let's look" this let's look is already past 25 (DAYS USEFUL!!) and that's how it is with anything you're going to solve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente físico é excelente. Minha nota é devido a falta de comprometimento na resolução dos problemas. Tudo nesta instituição funciona por meio de solicitação via formulário pelo Ulife. Fiz uma solicitação de cancelamento matrícula, protocolo n° 11448753 no dia 03/02/22 com prazo de 15 dias úteis para resolver, no dia 21/02/22 pediram que eu solicitasse o estorno por meio de outro protocolo, mais 15 dias úteis, já fazem 35 dias úteis e cada vez que ligo, abrem uma nova solicitação para resolver com prazo de 5 a 7 dias úteis. Já fiz reclamação no reclame aqui e nada foi resolvido. No dia 24/03/22 o Sr. Arthur que se apresentou como responsável pelo reclame aqui do Unibh disse que entraria em contato comigo e no dia 01/04/22 outra mensagem, porém, nenhuma resolução.
Será que não tem ninguém com competência para fazer um estorno?
Aquela conversa de que o aluno aqui é prioridade não é verdade, são capitalistas!
The physical environment is excellent. My rating is due to lack of commitment to problem solving. Everything in this institution works by request via Ulife form. I made a request for cancellation of registration, protocol n° 11448753 on 02/03/22 with a period of 15 working days to resolve, on 02/21/22 they asked me to request the chargeback through another protocol, plus 15 working days , it's been 35 working days and every time I call, they open a new request to resolve within 5 to 7 working days. I've already filed a complaint here and nothing has been resolved. On 03/24/22, Mr. Arthur, who presented himself as responsible for the advertisement here at Unibh, said he would contact me and on 04/01/22 another message, however, no resolution.
Is there no one with the competence to make a chargeback?
That talk that the student here is a priority is not true, they are capitalists!

Calouros não se iludem, no início tratam alunos como reis, após um tempo tratam como lixos.
Não se preocupam com a satisfação dos alunos, coordenadores sempre ausentes, só aparecem na horar de trazer problemas e depois somem.
Quando fazemos solicitações pelo sistemas o próprio sistema cancela a solicitação, após a tentativa de uma nova solicitação querem cobrar taxas absurdas.
Quando tentamos contato pelo telefone na maioria das vezes demoradas ou sem sucesso, quando atendem criam resistência para resolver um problema dando desculpas que não condiz com os fatos.
Investiram durante os 5 anos da minha graduação em um falso marketing ao invés de investir em qualidade. Durante e após a pandemia nos deixaram a "Deus dará".
Não vou poder colar grau porque querem me cobrar uma taxa absurda por uma solicitação que é feita de forma remota.
Worst university to study at.
Freshmen are not fooled, at first they treat students like kings, after a while they treat them like trash.
They don't care about student satisfaction, coordinators are always absent, they only show up when they bring problems and then disappear.
When we make requests through the system, the system itself cancels the request, after trying a new request they want to charge absurd fees.
When we try to contact by phone, most of the time it takes time or without success, when they answer, they create resistance to solve a problem, making excuses that don't match the facts.
They invested during the 5 years of my graduation in a false marketing instead of investing in quality. During and after the pandemic they left us with "God will give".
I won't be able to get a degree because they want to charge me an absurd fee for a request that is made remotely.
