★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ônibus confortável,ar condicionado pleno,vista panorâmica, porém faltou apenas um local onde se pudesse conectar um Carregador de celular!Fora isso estou satisfeito em ter o prazer em viajar num ônibus com tamanha segurança;por falar em segurança,notei que os passageiros na sua maioria 99% não usavam Cinto de Segurança! Recomendo uma maior observância, quanto a esta necessidade tão importante que é a Vida Humana!
Comfortable bus, full air conditioning, panoramic view, but there was only one place where you could connect a cell phone charger! Other than that, I'm pleased to have the pleasure of traveling on a bus with such safety; speaking of safety, I noticed that passengers in most 99% did not use Seat Belts! I recommend greater observance of this very important need that is Human Life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu ônibus deveria sair fa rodoviária de Caxias as 19:05, mas depois fui informada que ele viria de N. Iguaçu, acontece que teve um acidente na saída de N.Iguaçu, que gerou um enorme engarrafamento, resultado o ônibus saiu com mais de uma hora de atraso. A empresa não pode prever engarrafamento, mas pode disponibilizar um outro carro vc para amenizar o transtorno. Afinal, já havia um ônibus parado na plataforma antes das 18:30, que sairia para Petrópolis às 20:00 hs. Pessoas que estavam se dirigindo ao trabalho, foram prejudicadas.
My bus was supposed to leave the bus station in Caxias at 19:05, but later I was informed that it would come from N. Iguaçu, it happens that there was an accident on the way out of N.Iguaçu, which generated a huge traffic jam, as a result the bus left with more than one hour late. The company cannot predict traffic jam, but it can provide you with another car to ease the inconvenience. After all, there was already a bus stopped at the platform before 18:30, which would leave for Petrópolis at 20:00. People who were heading to work were harmed.
