★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, sou gestante não autorizou internação para mim eu estava com diagnóstico de pré eclampsia com pressão de 16/10 e fiquei por mais de 12 hrs esperando autorização para internação, antes o convênio era gree life, acho que só mudou de nome para piorar o atendimento, não teve como dar nenhuma estrela, infelizmente, pois não merecem nenhuma estrela.

I was diagnosed with pre eclampsia with a pressure of 16/10 and stayed for more than 12 hours waiting for authorization for hospitalization, before the agreement was gree life, I think it just changed its name to make it worse. unfortunately, there was no way to give any stars, as they do not deserve any stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fui fazer um exame de ultra-som que necessita beber muita água 1 hora antes, pois bem, cheguei ao local com 15min de antendência do horário marcado, o atendimento no balcão demorou 45 min para chamarem, denotando uma imensa falta de preparo do lugar para atendimento em tempos de covid-19 , após o atendimento no balcão ainda passaram pessoas na minha frente e ao total levei mais de 1 hora no local, funcionários despreparados e mal educados, informei que estava no limite para fazer xixi, visto que tomei grande quantidade de água que pediram, e mesmo assim zombaram da situação, lamentável, não percam seu tempo nesse local, local nefasto.
Bad service, I went to do an ultrasound exam that needs to drink a lot of water 1 hour before, well, I arrived at the place 15 minutes before the scheduled time, the service at the counter took 45 minutes to call, showing an immense lack of preparation from the place for service in times of covid-19, after the service at the counter people still passed in front of me and in total I took more than 1 hour in the place, unprepared and ill-mannered employees, I informed that I was on the limit to pee, since I drank a lot of water that they asked for, and even then they made fun of the situation, unfortunate, don't waste your time in this nefarious place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento das atendentes é ok, o médico e proprietário da empresa é bastante arrogante, além de chegar sempre muitíssimo atrasado para TODAS as consultas (fui 2 vezes, e meus pais tbm foram e passaram pelo mesmo problema).. já cheguei a ficar por 1h45min esperando um horário que estava agendado e quando ele chegou, o vi do outro lado da rua mexendo no celular como se tivesse chegado cedo.. totalmente desrespeitoso com as pessoas, como se o tempo dele valesse mais que o dos pacientes agendados! espera-se um atendimento desse nível num hospital público, o que não é o caso..
fora o diagnóstico muito superficial.. tive que passar em outro profissional para ter um diagnóstico certo, joguei meu dinheiro e tempo no lixo com esta empresa nada profissional, passem longe! o barato sai caro.
The attendance of the attendants is ok, the doctor and the owner of the company is quite arrogant, in addition to always being very late for ALL the appointments (I went twice, and my parents went and went through the same problem) .. I got to stay for 1h45min waiting for an appointment that was scheduled and when he arrived, I saw him across the street fiddling with his cell phone as if he had arrived early ... totally disrespectful to people, as if his time was worth more than the patients scheduled! this level of care is expected in a public hospital, which is not the case.
apart from the very superficial diagnosis .. I had to go to another professional to have a correct diagnosis, I threw my money and time in the trash with this unprofessional company, go away! the cheap is expensive.
