Tinha uma consulta marcada, peguei a senha e fiquei aguardando chamar, chamou todas as senhas e não chamou a minha . Quando fui perguntar a recepcionista, ela disse que achou que já tinha encerrado as senhas para o médico e que já tinha chamado a minha , só que ela não chamou . O médico foi embora , não fui atendida e perdi meu dia . Primeira e última vez . Nunca fui tão mal atendida , muita desorganização

I had an appointment, I got the password and I was waiting to call, called all passwords and did not call mine. When I went to ask the receptionist, she said that she thought she had already finished the passwords for the doctor and that she had already called mine, only that she didn't. The doctor left, I was not seen and I lost my day. First and last time. I've never been so poorly attended, a lot of disorganization

O plano de saúde já havia liberado 2 exames meus 1 dia após a consulta, e o setor de cadastro afirmou 2 vezes que não estavam liberados. Pediram ao médico um relatório sem necessidade. E depois de uma semana, minha situação só foi resolvida depois que entrei em contato com o plano de saúde e o mesmo falou que os exames já estavam autorizados, além disso me instruiu a entrar na plataforma pra verificar. Depois que entrei na plataforma e entrei em contato com a clínica, eles verificaram no sistema e disseram que os exames estavam liberados. Uma semana de stress e constangimento SEM NECESSIDADE!
Sem falar na ignorância de 2 atendentes que me trataram mal por telefone (Val e Maria).

The health plan had already released 2 of my exams 1 day after the consultation, and the registration sector said 2 times that they were not released. They asked the doctor for a report unnecessarily. And after a week, my situation was only resolved after I contacted the health plan and they said that the exams were already authorized, and also instructed me to enter the platform to check. After I got on the platform and contacted the clinic, they checked the system and said the exams were cleared. A week of stress and constipation NO NECESSARY!
Not to mention the ignorance of 2 attendants who treated me badly over the phone (Val and Maria).

Cheguei 40 minutos antes do horário agendado para o começo dos atendimentos, visando ser um dos primeiros e ser logo liberado. Só que eu não contava com um atraso de 50 minutos do médico especialista em imagem.
O atendimento que estava agendado para começar às 13:00hs, só foi iniciar por volta das 14:00hs, é como se o tempo dos clientes não valesse porr@ nenhuma.
They do not obey the scheduled time for the exams.
I arrived 40 minutes before the scheduled time for the beginning of the appointments, aiming to be one of the first and to be released soon. But I didn't count on a 50-minute delay from the imaging specialist.
The service that was scheduled to start at 13:00hs only started around 14:00hs, it's as if the customers' time was not worth anything.

Fui procurado pela clínica que muito respeitosamente ouviu minha reclamação e se mostrou honestamente interessada em resolver meu questionamento. Nota 10. Excelente! Voltarei a buscar a clínica em eventual necessidade.
I initially left a negative recommendation related to a service that took place on 02/16/2022. I was approached by the clinic who very respectfully listened to my complaint and was honestly interested in resolving my inquiry. Note 10. Excellent! I will come back to the clinic if necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu pai (Antônio Mendonça de Andrade - idoso) para fazer exames, levou mais de meia hora para abrir a ficha e 2h30 para a consulta com o médico. Muito desorganizado.
Um absurdo consultas e exames serem 'marcados' por hora de chegada..
E os médicos chegam atrasados, muita falta de respeito com os pacientes.
I took my father (Antonio Mendonça de Andrade - elderly person) for tests, it took more than half an hour to open the file and 2h30 for the consultation with the doctor. Very disorganized.
It is absurd for appointments and exams to be 'booked' by time of arrival..
And doctors arrive late, a lot of lack of respect for patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissional de coleta de sangue desatualizada, não aceitou a CNH digital sendo que eu havia feito todo cadastro na recepção com este documento. Ao negar foi irredutível e com tom de deboche, sem dar justificativa plausível demonstrando sua falta de atualização com mundo digital. Teve que levar pra coordenação (oi?). Ainda dou 2 estrelas pq a moça da recepção que fez o cadastro foi bastante gentil e educada. Acabei cancelando o exame.
Outdated blood collection professional, did not accept the digital CNH since I had done all the registration at reception with this document. By denying it, he was irreducible and with a mocking tone, without giving a plausible justification demonstrating his lack of updating with the digital world. Had to take it to coordination (hi?). I still give 2 stars because the girl at the reception who registered was very kind and polite. I ended up canceling the exam.
