★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DEMORA MUITO PARA ATENDER! Agendei uma consulta para 10:00 com Dr. Herbert . São 11:58 e ainda não fui atendido! Isso com outros pacientes ao meu lado, que chegaram antes e depois mim, reclamando da demora.
Ambiente precisa de algumas reformas. Tem cara de velho.
Piso sujo e fosco.
Sugeriria trocar as plantas artificiais, já estão velhas.
Decoração deixa a desejar.
Caixinha de sugestões sem... papel e caneta pra fazer as sugestões.
Ponto positivo: recepcionistas competentes e atenciosas.

Environment needs some renovations. He looks like an old man.

I would suggest changing the artificial plants, they are old.

O atendimento é por ordem de chegada, porém hoje ocorreu que a pessoa com a última ficha ser liberada pela recepcionista para o primeiro atendimento, passando mais 15min com a médica. NAO RECOMENTO
Clinic not following the protocol for COVID. people waiting for standing service, terrible reception service. The service is on a first-come, first-served basis, but today the person with the last card was released by the receptionist for the first service, spending another 15 minutes with the doctor. NO RECOMMENDATION

I am very grateful to Dr. Herbert Dias who fixed my left arm when I was 10 years old. I'm left-handed and I work with design, thanks to him I was able to develop gestures, calligraphy, and drawings with ease.

A clínica estava lotada . só fui ser atendido as 17:30 hs. na saida remarquei o retorno para 30/11/21 ligaram antecipando , mas os exames só liberava o laudo no dia 25/11/21 , hoje eu liguei pra confirmar e me disseram que era dia 22/11/21 eu insistir em manter a data e me disseram a mérdica atende Hoje apartir das 14:00 hs.

I only went to be attended at 5:30 pm. on the way out I rescheduled the return to 11/30/21 they called in advance , but the exams only released the report on 11/25/21 , today I called to confirm and they told me it was 11/22/21 I insist on keeping the date and they told me the doctor attends Today from 14:00 hs.
