Precisamos de uma consulta gastroenterologica porém o médico não passou a endoscopia, (exame extremamente importante na ocasião) por alegar que não seria possível por conta da pademia (então não realizem atendimento) passou exames secundárias que inviabilizou o diagnóstico. Desmarcaram o retorno inúmeras vezes e no dia ainda informaram que não constava a remarcação. Por fim não obtemos diagnóstico preciso para o refluxo e só perto de tempo e dinheiro, não recomendamos esse lugar.

They canceled the return countless times and on the day they still informed that there was no markup. Finally, we do not get an accurate diagnosis for reflux and only close to time and money, we do not recommend this place.

Outra coisa que não dá pra entender é a exigência de receber o pagamento em espécie, com tantas outras formas disponíveis: pix, transferência, cartão de débito, crédito...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 2 anos fiz uma série de exames e um ecocardiograma deu o diagnóstico de prolapso na válvula mitral e refluxo pulmonar. No retorno o médico disse que eu poderia viver normalmente, que era normal ter isso. Hoje descubro que meu problema aumentou devido não ter feito nenhuma espécie de tratamento e acompanhamento. Então me questiono, será que "normal" mesmo, não seria não ter exatamente nada, ter um coração normal. Hj me encontro com o coração inchado e prestes a fazer uma cirurgia, não recomendo. O atendimento era péssimo, atendentes mal humoradas, chegava às 6 da manhã e saia por volta de 1 da tarde. Enfim, não recomendo e dou 1 estrela pq não tem como dar nenhuma!!!

On my return, the doctor said that I could live normally, that it was normal to have that. Today I discover that my problem has increased due to not having done any kind of treatment and follow-up. So I ask myself, is it really "normal", wouldn't it be to have nothing exactly, to have a normal heart. Today I find myself with a swollen heart and about to undergo surgery, I don't recommend it. The service was terrible, the attendants were in a bad mood, I arrived at 6 am and left around 1 pm. Anyway, I don't recommend it and I give it 1 star because there's no way to give any!!!
