★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu celular quebrou o display, praticamente perda total. Tenho um Motorola Power G9. Nunca precisei antes utilizar algum serviço dessa natureza e muitos conhecidos me falavam que era perda de tempo e que compensava comprar um novo. Procurei no Google alguma loja próxima de minha residência para verificar o orçamento, a maioria tinha muitas reclamações do serviços prestados. Então quando analisei as avaliações da UnicoCell me surpreendi pelas avaliações positivas. Fui com minha esposa pessoalmente e em contato com o técnico percebi que se tratava de um ótimo profissional, explicou detalhadamente o problema e o processo de substituição do display. Enfim já faz três meses que estou com o display novo e não houve nenhum problema no mesmo. Por tal motivo eu indico a loja e sei que hoje em dia é raro encontrar bons profissionais e que prestem um serviço de qualidade.

I never needed to use any service of this nature before and many acquaintances told me that it was a waste of time and that it was worth buying a new one. I went with my wife personally and in contact with the technician I realized that he was a great professional, he explained in detail the problem and the process of replacing the display. Anyway, I have had the new display for three months now and there was no problem with it. For this reason I recommend the store and I know that nowadays it is rare to find good professionals who provide a quality service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além de não cumprirem o que prometem, enrolarem os clientes ainda fui chamada de grossa e mal educada ( porque é mal queridos e não mau)! Em nenhum momento faltei com a educação só fiquei indignada com a falta de comprometimento e disse que reclamaria aqui, já que é a única coisa que posso fazer, realmente na ordem de serviço não está escrito que daria, foi uma promessa feita de boca mas como somos pessoas honestas e de boa índole acreditamos! E permaneci muda por todo o período que estive lá! Na hora de receber um serviço é rápido depois te enrolam até vc reclamar! Não vou me calar diante das ofensas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não cumprem o prometido! meu marido trocou a tela do meu iPhone no sábado neste estabelecimento, e optamos por lá pq o técnico disse que daria um vidro da câmera que estava quebrado e a película pelo valor da tela, foi um diferencial pq os valores eram o mesmo de outros locais, mas que não poderia colocar a película e o vidro no sábado pq não tinha mas era só eu ir durante a semana que ele colocaria, no sábado para trocar a tela e receber o pagamento pode fazer na hora, na terça meu marido entrou em contato para saber se já havia chegado o vidro da câmera e a película e foi dito que sim, que eu poderia ir, na quarta 27/04 fui até o local e foi me dito que o técnico não estava mas que as coisas já estavam la, para eu voltar na quinta (hoje) entre 13:30 e 14:30, fiquei desde as 13:40 até as 15:00 perguntando se o técnico já estava lá e sempre me falavam que não, após meu marido entrar em contato e reclamar, primeiro foi dito que as coisas ainda não tinham chegado, quando meu marido disso para a atendente que ela estava falando comigo no whats e falando que o técnico não estava, ela voltou atrás e o técnico apareceu em 1 segundo e falaram para eu ir la, quando cheguei o técnico me disse que colocaria o vidro da câmera mas a película não, pq não tinha e ele não ia colocar, simples assim! O valor da película é ridículo já comprei e coloquei mas a falta de profissionalismo é imperdoável!
Terrible service, they don't deliver what they promise! my husband changed my iPhone screen on saturday at this establishment, and we chose there because the technician said he would give a camera glass that was broken and the film for the value of the screen, it was a differential because the values were the same as in other places , but I couldn't put the film and glass on Saturday because I didn't have it but I just had to go during the week he would put it on, on Saturday to change the screen and receive payment you can do it on time, on Tuesday my husband got in touch to find out if the camera glass and film had already arrived and I was told that yes, I could go, on Wednesday 04/27 I went to the place and was told that the technician was not there but that things were already there, for me to return on Thursday (today) between 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm, I stayed from 1:40 pm to 3:00 pm asking if the technician was already there and they always told me no, after my husband got in touch and complained , first it was said that things had not arrived yet, when my husband told the attendant that she was talking to me on whats and saying that the technician was not there, she went back and the technician appeared in 1 second and they told me to go there, when I arrived the technician told me he would put the camera glass but not the film, because he didn't have it and he wouldn't put it on, simple as that! The value of the film is ridiculous, I already bought it and put it on but the lack of professionalism is unforgivable!
