 I was enjoying paying everything right but at the time I needed my internship forms they will not provide me since then I have not had contact with anyone else on the course. I feel totally cheated

Terrible institution, they don't answer, they don't help, I've been trying to solve for hours to cancel..... they don't even care.....

Terrible !!! I'm trying to cancel too and I'm going to talk to PROCON because they don't answer anymore!! There are identical complaints on this platform and everyone gives up on the same subject!!!/ problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo , pedi o cancelamento do meu curso de técnico de segurança do trabalho , inclusive paguei até o boleto de cancelamento , e isso faz mais de 15 dias e até agora nada de cancelar
I do not recommend , I asked for the cancellation of my work safety technician course , I even paid for the cancellation ticket , and this has been more than 15 days and so far nothing to cancel

Terrible when they want to sell a course they are a dear but when it comes to providing assistance they are of terrible quality, a whatsapp channel that nobody solves anything and so being college I don't recommend it even to my worst enemy. I'm paying 9000 reais for free but you will put it in court

Terrible, I paid for a course on the card for my daughter, but after 20 days without getting access to the platform, I tried to chargeback and cancel I was very poorly attended and so far they have not returned the values PURE SCAM......don't fall for that.... .I'm going to have to go to court......I've done it b.o

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz minha inscrição para o curso de Segurança do Trabalho e paguei adiantado no cartão. Dois dias descobrimos doença na família, o que me impossibilita de fazer o curso. Entrei em contato com o telefone do contrato e me enrolaram por uma semana, depois liguei e me deram outro número, e estou até agora tentando cancelar, e eles ficam só me enrolando. Uma falta de empatia, de sensibilidade com o próximo, só visam o lucro. Vou procurar meus direitos uma vez que tentei por inúmeras vezes cancelar sem sucesso. Não recomendo para ninguém, não caiam!!!!Horrível!!!
I signed up for the Occupational Safety course and paid in advance on the card. Two days we discovered illness in the family, which makes it impossible for me to take the course. I got in touch with the contract number and they hooked me up for a week, then I called and they gave me another number, and I'm still trying to cancel, and they're just fooling me. A lack of empathy, of sensitivity to others, only aim at profit. I will look for my rights as I have tried numerous times to cancel without success. I do not recommend to anyone, do not fall!!!!Horrible!!!
