★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer minha identidade, recolheram minhas digitais, me pediram pra ligar depois de um mês, só que ninguém atende o telefone. Aí eu tenho que sair no meu horário trabalho perder hora trabalhada, pra ir até o local, porque alguns incompetentes não resolvem nada.
I went to get my ID, they collected my fingerprints, they asked me to call after a month, but no one answers the phone. Then I have to go out during my work hours to miss working hours, to go to the place, because some incompetents don't solve anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho q n merece nem uma estrela, marquei uma prova de legislação pra hj no (UAI), quando cheguei lá tinham 2 pessoas esperando o (UAI) abrir, e n abriram.
Eu sei q e feriado na cidade, mais como marcou a prova pra hj eu pensei q ia abrir, pq se n fosse abrir n ia ter jeito de marca, e como eu sabia q era feriado eu pesquisei se iam abrir, e lá no site tava q iam abrir de 8 as 17 fora q liguei um monte de vez um dia antes da prova e ninguém atendeu.
Achei muita sacanagem isso, deveria levar as coisas mais a sério.
I don't think it deserves even a star, I booked a legislation test for today at (UAI), when I got there there were 2 people waiting for (UAI) to open, and they didn't open.
I know it's a holiday in the city, but as the test was scheduled for today I thought it would open, because if it wasn't going to open it wouldn't have a brand, and as I knew it was a holiday I researched if they were going to open, and there on the website it was q were going to open from 8 to 17 outside q I called a lot of time the day before the test and no one answered.
I found this very dirty, I should take things more seriously.

Mais respeito né, por favor, em plena pandemia não atender telefone já é falta de consciência
