★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O meu pai foi muito bem acolhido na clínica. Parabéns ao médico Dr. Jefferson, à equipe de enfermagem, Andréa e Gérson, assim como as recepcionistas e ao pessoal da limpeza e copa. A clínica também conta com especialistas em urologia e geriatria. A minha mãe foi muito bem atendida pela geriatra da clínica, bem atenciosa competente. Local muito agradável e com profissionais capacitados e muito atenciosos.
My father was very well received at the clinic. Congratulations to Dr. Jefferson, the nursing staff, Andrea and Gerson, as well as the receptionists and the cleaning and pantry staff. The clinic also has specialists in urology and geriatrics. My mother was very well attended by the geriatrician of the clinic, very attentive competent. Very nice place with trained and very attentive professionals.

Me senti enganada nesta clínica, me pediram um cheque caução, informaram que este seria apenas utilizado em caso do procedimento ser mais caro do que o plano cobre, no retorno da cirurgia ao solicitar meu cheque me foi informado que meu plano não cobre o procedimento apenas a consulta, e que o cheque pagaria o médico (e plano iria me reembolsar parte do valor!) horrível
Totally discouraged, if I could I would give zero stars
I felt cheated in this clinic, I was asked for a deposit check, informed that it would only be used in case the procedure is more expensive than the plan covers, when returning from surgery when requesting my check I was informed that my plan does not cover the procedure only the consultation, and that the check would pay the doctor (and plan would reimburse me part of the amount!) horrible

Uma demora enorme para atender, as recepcionistas tudo mal humoradas, minha ferida operatória inflamou e tentei contato por várias vezes e ngm se quer me respondeu, visualizava e n respondia. Fora o tempo enorme que levei de espera para cirurgia de 7:00 as 11:55 que estava marcado às 8 hrs.
Melhorem!
Terrible! It took me a long time to answer, the receptionists were all in a bad mood, my surgical wound inflamed and I tried to contact them several times and nobody wanted to answer me, visualized and did not respond. It was the huge time I took waiting for surgery from 7:00 to 11:55 that was scheduled at 8 am.
Get better!
