★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há cerca de cinco meses minha filha iniciou tratamento a base de hormônios indicado pela Sra Maria Amélia Soares de Melo Duarte (Médica Endocrinologista da Unidade de Pediatria Piedade). Um tratamento significativamente caro com rotina de aplicações, exames e acompanhamento médico mensal. O problema é que com a dificuldade de sua agenda e tratando-se de retorno com os exames por ela solicitado na consulta anterior, no intuito de confirmar os valores do resultado, haja vista sua observação quanto à continuidade ou não das aplicações, tentamos no último sábado 16 de setembro o encaixe, mesmo que tivéssemos que aguardar o dia inteiro, pois precisávamos tomar a decisão de compra ou não das próximas doses. Neste momento quando abordamos em sua chegada - atrasada para variar - nos deparamos com uma pessoa desprezível, fria e grosseira, incapaz de ao menos atenuar a nossa preocupação por qualquer ato de gentileza. Infelizmente esse comportamento apenas corroborou com o que já havíamos percebido nas consultas anteriores. Saímos sem atendimento e estamos partindo para retomar o tratamento com outro médico. Lamentável, mas enquanto sua presença, faremos o papel de detratores não somente nesta Unidade, mas em qualquer outra onde o seu descredenciamento de relação com o Cliente possa estar presente.

At this moment, when we approached his arrival - late for a change - we were faced with a despicable, cold and rude person, unable to at least allay our concern for any kind act. Unfortunately, this behavior only corroborated what we had already noticed in previous consultations. We left without care and are leaving to resume treatment with another doctor. It is unfortunate, but as long as they are present, we will play the role of detractors not only in this Unit, but in any other where their disqualification from the relationship with the Client may be present.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na emergência com minha filha com uma dor forte na barriga, eles fecham o portão as 18:00 mas sempre fica mais de um paciente dentro pq já fui outras vezes e aconteceu comigo de sair mais de 19:00 hs de lá. E hoje cheguei às 18:18 segundo a moça que me atendeu na porta disse que o médico falou que não podia atender, eu não acredito que um paciente iria mudar a vida dele, estou indo levar em outro local e eles peçam bem a Deus que o que a minha filha tenha não seja nada de mais por que se for algo grave eu vou fazer o favor de colocar um processo por se nega atender.
