★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por se tratar de um momento de fragilidade e transtorno na área da saúde por conta da pandemia, a upa tem sido de grande ajuda aos cidadãos, mas ajudaria muito se os funcionários passassem por algum tipo de treinamento para aprenderem a ser um pouco mais empático ou no mínimo oferecer um atendimento humanizado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito demorado! Dia 25/02/2022 as 19:30 apenas um médico atendendo.. cheguei com minha filha pequena com febre demoraram mais de 3 horas para atender. Saúde pública de Pouso Alegre é difícil !!
Too slow! On 02/25/2022 at 19:30 only one doctor attending.. I arrived with my young daughter with a fever it took more than 3 hours to attend. Public health in Pouso Alegre is difficult !!
