â â â â â Infelizmente a Upa de Edson Passos trabalha com pouquĂssimos recursos, o atendimento Ă© muito limitado devido a falta de recursos e estrutura, falta materiais bĂĄsicos para coleta de exames e etc. Muitas vezes impossibilita do mĂ©dico de plantĂŁo dar um diagnĂłstico ao paciente.

â â â â â Qdo chegamos fomos bem atendidos. PorĂ©m ao final do plantĂŁo do mĂ©dico nĂŁo haviam outros pois os que deveriam cobrir o plantĂŁo nĂŁo foram,ou seja a partir de entĂŁo nĂŁo houve atendimento mĂ©dico. As atendentes e enfermagem sĂŁo Ăłtimas. Mas falta a responsabilidade dos mĂ©dicos em comparecer ao plantĂŁo.
When we arrived we were well attended. However, at the end of the doctor's shift, there were no others because those who were supposed to cover the shift did not go, that is, from then on there was no medical care. The attendants and nurses are great. But the responsibility of doctors to attend the shift is lacking.

â â â â â Levei minha VĂł no dia 23/12/2021 e fomos bem atendidas... ela fez exame de sangue ... urina e raio x. nĂŁo tenho o que reclamar do atendimento!
I took my grandmother on 12/23/2021 and we were well attended... she had a blood test... urine and x-ray. I have nothing to complain about the service!

Estive com meu filho nesta data para atendimento e a pediatra nem se deu o trabalho de examinar. Eu tive que pedir para solicitar os exames, depois do resultado, nĂŁo ouviu seu peito, nĂŁo o examinou, simplesmente disse que deu tudo normal. Como normal depois de 3 dias de febre. Fiquei decepcionado. Pois sĂł haviam falado bem do local.

â â â â â Estou chocada...cheguei na UPA Ă s 17:00h saĂ de lĂĄ Ă s 17:30h, nunca fiquei esse pouquĂssimo tempo dentro de uma UPA, claro que sem contar com os casos de Covid-19 que diminuĂram. O atendimento foi excelente desde a recepção atĂ© o atendimento mĂ©dico, fui muito bem atendida pelo Arnaldo Domingos. ??????
