★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais rápido que os particulares que uso, atendimento ágil na recepção sem enrolação e médicos atenciosos. Só deveria haver um ar para o pessoal que não trabalha nas salas fechadas. 10!
 Faster than the private ones I use, responsive service at the reception without hesitation and attentive doctors. There should only be an air for people who don't work in closed rooms. 10!

There is a shortage of doctors! I can't consult. The laziness of some employees to attend to it is so great that it is embarrassing. Looks like they're doing the townspeople a favor.

Cheguei pra ser atendido uma semana depois e não fui atendido por falta de sistema, voltei mais duas vezes e confiava sem sistema, um absurdo! Ainda não entendi o motivo do médico não atender por falta de sistema. O telefone do Google está errado.
I made an appointment in 60 seconds, the qualities stop there... I arrived to be seen a week later and I was not seen due to lack of system, I came back twice more and trusted without a system, absurd! I still don't understand the reason why the doctor doesn't attend due to lack of system. Google phone is wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nota Zero para essa unidade. Péssimo "atendimento", um descaso total com o ser humano. Há dias tento realizar um cadastro junto aos digníssimos atendentes, mas o descaso, falta de apatia e preguiça é muito evidente. Sempre ouvi falar que essa unidade de saúde era referência na grande Vitória, imagino as demais unidades , em especial as de bairros periféricos. Muito triste não ter dinheiro para pagar um bom profissional e ser tratado como gado por locais como esse.
Zero grade for this unit. Terrible "service", a total disregard for the human being. I've been trying for days to register with the honorable attendants, but the neglect, lack of apathy and laziness is very evident. I've always heard that this health unit was a reference in greater Vitória, I imagine the other units, especially those in peripheral neighborhoods. Very sad not to have money to pay a good professional and to be treated like cattle by places like this.
