★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento a UBS Bom Pastor com meus pai a mais de 20 anos. Nós últimos tempos melhorou muito, com coordenação da enfermeira Rose e equipe. Hoje deixa a desejar com a equipe atual.
Rose, Fabíola, Lígia, farmácia e recepção, equipes nota 10.
As enfermeiras Nádia e Mara, deixam muito a desejar nos seus profissionalismo e simpátia, como alguns outros, os quais não sei o nome.
Volta equipe boa, citada acima.
I have attended UBS Bom Pastor with my father for over 20 years. We recently improved a lot, with the coordination of Nurse Rose and team. Today it falls short with the current team.
Rose, Fabíola, Lígia, pharmacy and reception, note 10 teams.
The nurses Nádia and Mara, leave a lot to be desired in their professionalism and sympathy, like some others, who do not know the name.
Good team back, mentioned above.

Precisam criar um canal de comunicação para que as pessoas evitem se deslocar ate lá para buscar informações neste tempo de pandemia.
Porque o telefone eles não atendem, com isso contribuindo para que pessoas tenham que ir em grande número ate a unidade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento deixa demais a desejar, raramente se é atendido por uma pessoa simpática. Na grande maioria das vezes são as grosseiras e anti-páticas. Lentidão no atendimento e má vontade.
Service leaves too much to be desired, rarely is attended by a friendly person. Most of the time they are rude and obnoxious. Slow service and unwillingness.

O posto de saúde tem tudo pra ser ótimo, pq tem uma ótima estrutura, mas os funcionários.. só Deus!Tenho pena das pessoas que precisam para outras coisas.. e não pode nem reclamar, não tem onde!
I'm just going to get my daughter vaccinated. It's not even crowded, but people just ignore you when you enter. The health center has everything to be great, because it has a great structure, but the employees... only God! I pity people who need it for other things... and you can't even complain, there's nowhere!

The nurses are very rude do not give the slightest attention to the patient I took a medication in the unit they will not provide I went to take in another health unit was not the first time
