★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com uma encomenda desde o dia 26/11 nesta unidade de tratamento e já são 10/12, sendo que o próprio site deixou previsto a entrega para dia 6/12 são 4 dias de atrasos, uma falta de respeito imensa com os consumidores.
 I've had an order since 11/26 at this treatment unit and it's already 12/10, and the site itself has scheduled delivery for 12/6, there are 4 days of delay, a huge lack of respect with consumers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho uma encomenda que chegou até a unidade de tratamento, e simplesmente não chegou até a unidade de distribuição. Mesmo tentando entrar em contato, através do telefone fixo, o mesmo só chama e ninguém atende. Um verdade descaso com a população, que é responsável por bancar o salário dessas pessoas por toda a vida, por simplesmente terem passado em uma prova. Que indignação com os servidores públicos!
I have an order that made it to the treatment unit, and it just didn't make it to the distribution unit. Even trying to get in touch, through the landline, it just calls and no one answers. A true disregard for the population, which is responsible for paying these people's salary for life, for simply having passed a test. What indignation with public servants!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manos é o seguinte: fui até lá pessoalmente e, esta unidade não faz a entrega de pedidos, o papel dela é receber as encomendas de fora e distribuir para o demais centros de distribuição. Se seu pedido chegou até lá, felizmente ou infelizmente é aguardar o encaminhamento para o centro de distribuição mais próximo da sua residência. Lá é tipo Carverna do Dragão... Não tem telefone ou atendimento presencial... Até esta data (25/01/22) o quadro de pessoal está reduzido devido a pandemia e o surto gripal. Espero que ajude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência, tenho uma encomenda que foi devolvida por endereço incorreto, ela foi remetida para um centro de distribuição e lá eles não atentem ninguém. Perguntei ao atendente da agência dos Vinhais se eles poderiam solicitar que enviasse para lá pois eu apanharia lá, a resposta foi não. Agora estou sem saber onde encontrar ou receber meu produto.
Os telefones é mesmo que não existir, nenhum atende.
O pior, ninguém se interessa em resolver nossos problemas.
Resumindo, uma empresa que não tem concorrentes deveria no mínimo atender os clientes.
Infeliz de quem precisa desta empresa.
Será que os dirigentes não tem conhecimentos dessas reclamações?
My experience, I have an order that was returned for an incorrect address, it was sent to a distribution center and there they don't pay attention to anyone. I asked the clerk at the Vinhais agency if they could ask me to send it there because I would be beaten there, the answer was no. Now I don't know where to find or receive my product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vc tiver um objeto de mais valor do tipo eletrônicos específicamente, infelizmente se veio pelos correios e teve que passar nesse centro de distribuição vc tem 90% de chances de ter seu pedido roubado e não ha nada que possa fazer, só rezar e esperar seu objeto não ser o escolhido.
If you have a more valuable object of the electronic type specifically, unfortunately if it came by post and had to go to this distribution center you have a 90% chance of having your order stolen and there is nothing you can do, just pray and wait for your object is not chosen.
