★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até agora um péssimo atendimento. Comunicação péssima, confusa. Procedimentos desencontrados. Estou tentando transferir minha mãe para outro hospital e já estou a quase 12h sem solução.... agora, o plano está tentando falar com a assistente social e não consegue. Péssimo atendimento.
So far a bad service. Bad communication, confusing. Mismatched procedures. I'm trying to transfer my mother to another hospital and I've had almost 12 hours without a solution.... now the plan is trying to talk to the social worker and it can't. Terrible attendance.
