Great nursing and staff, but the medical team saved the day Márcia Cavalcante, it's rubbish, it seems like you're lying there that you're sick as I don't need a medical certificate for work, it would never be the case inhumane care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipe de enfermagem muito prestativa, recepção é boa. Tempo de espera ultrapassa 6 horas quando tem mais atendimentos, com apenas dois médicos mesmo tento um surto de virose em crianças. Banheiro péssimo, não é acessível para uma criança e muito menos alguém com necessidades físicas. Sala de sutura fica enfrente aonde as crianças aguardam ser chamadas, uma falta de organização. Não tem um ventilador no corredor e nem aonde espera pelo atendimento só na sala dos médicos. Cadeiras quebradas. Médico do plantão do dia 29 /02/2022, totalmente despreparado, não intensos nada de informática, não sabia se quer imprimir uma receita, não sabia nem que remédio poderia dar ao paciente. Á imagem mostra o estacionamento do P.A aonde somente funcionários podem estacionar, enquanto á população vai com crianças doentes e tem que deixar na rua á muitos metros da entrada, ainda á prefeitura coloca um amarelinho na rua entorno para multar quem parar o carro, mesmo sendo fora do horário de pico. Um P.A que recentemente foi reformado, mais que não tem o mínimo para atender á população de acordo com o que ela paga de impostos.
Very helpful nursing staff, reception is good. Waiting time exceeds 6 hours when there are more visits, with only two doctors even trying to have a virus outbreak in children. Terrible bathroom, not accessible for a child, let alone someone with physical needs. The suture room is opposite where the children are waiting to be called, a lack of organization. There is no ventilator in the hallway or where to wait for care, only in the doctors' room. Broken chairs. Doctor on duty on 02/29/2022, totally unprepared, not intensive in computing, didn't know if he wants to print a prescription, didn't even know what medicine he could give the patient. The image shows the parking lot of the PA where only employees can park, while the population goes with sick children and has to leave it on the street many meters from the entrance, still the city hall puts a yellow card on the surrounding street to fine anyone who stops the car, even though it is off peak hours. A P.A that was recently renovated, but it doesn't have the minimum to serve the population according to what it pays in taxes.
