★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito mal atendido pelo Sr. Nakayama e Sra Carolina, sao muito incompetentes no que fazem, depois de tudo acordado, em valores e veiculos, paguei tudo que foi me cobrado antecipado ao uso do veiculo.
Devolvi o carro no prazo previsto, foi verificado e nao tinha avaria nenhuma no veiculo, me liberaram pra ir embora.
Embarquei e quando chego em casa 18 hrs após minha saida de Teresina, tinha uma cobrança no meu cartao no valor de 497,95 R$, tentei chamar para esclarecer, quando viram que era eu, me bloquearam.
Quero saber o pq dessa cobrança, e quero meu dinheiro de volta.
 Very poorly attended by Mr. Nakayama and Mrs. Carolina, they are very incompetent in what they do, after everything agreed, in values and vehicles, I paid everything that was charged to me in advance of using the vehicle.
I returned the car on time, it was checked and there was no damage to the vehicle, I was allowed to leave.
I boarded and when I got home 18 hours after I left Teresina, I had a charge on my card in the amount of 497.95 R$, I tried to call to clarify, when they saw it was me, they blocked me.
I want to know the reason for this charge, and I want my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Economia que sai caro. Não dá pra comparar com Localiza e Movida. Tudo é péssimo do início ao fim. Sempre demora uma eternidade pra pegar o carro e pra devolver, sempre são poucos funcionários pra atender muita gente, sempre "o sistema tá lento" e essas desculpas. Já tinha tido experiência negativa com a Unidas, decidi dar uma segunda chance e tive novamente. Nunca mais.
Costly economy. You can't compare with Localiza and Movida. Everything sucks from start to finish. It always takes forever to pick up the car and return it, there are always few employees to serve a lot of people, always "the system is slow" and these excuses. I had already had negative experience with Unidas, I decided to give it a second chance and I had it again. Never.
