★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservei um carro para visitar minha mãe no fds das mães, com pagamento antecipado; tive um imprevisto devido a chuva, acabei me atrasando e a unidade cancelou minha reserva sem sequer ter me ligado para aviso.
Como sempre cheguei no horário nunca imaginei que passaria por essa situação.
Em local nenhum do site ou do e-mail que recebemos de confirmação existe informação de cancelamento por atraso.
Uma falta de carinho e respeito com o cliente!
Visto que para confirmar eles ligam, se o cliente atrasou poderiam e deveriam entrar em contato.
No final, perdi o carro, a unidade não me disponibilizou outra opção, fui tratada com frieza e descaso, não consegui visitar minha mãe e ainda fui informada que só vão (no tempo deles) me devolver 75% do valor que paguei.
Se a reserva já estava paga, deveriam no minimo entrar em contato para saber se o cliente já estava próximo. E deveriam colocar no e-mail de confirmação essa informação.
Nota-se claramente que é uma má fé da empresa que deve lucrar com os atrasos; pq se fosse somente uma forma de organização, a linguagem com o cliente seria clara e honesta.
Muito chateada com o ocorrido e com a falta de cuidado da empresa com o cliente.
I booked a car to visit my mother on mothers' weekend, with advance payment; I had an unforeseen event due to rain, I ended up late and the unit canceled my reservation without even calling me to warn me.
As I always arrived on time, I never imagined that I would go through this situation.
Nowhere on the website or in the confirmation email we received is there any delay cancellation information.
A lack of affection and respect for the customer!
Since they call to confirm, if the customer was late, they could and should get in touch.
In the end, I lost my car, the unit did not offer me any other option, I was treated with coldness and disregard, I was unable to visit my mother and I was also informed that they will only (in their time) return me 75% of the amount I paid.
If the reservation was already paid, they should at least get in touch to find out if the customer was already nearby. And they should put this information in the confirmation email.
It is clear that the company is in bad faith and should profit from the delays; because if it were just a form of organization, the language with the customer would be clear and honest.
Very upset with what happened and with the lack of care of the company with the customer.
