★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento recepção perfeito, uma vergonha é fazer a reserva Pelo tefone, me passaram falor, chego na hora o sistema pede 5.000 reais de caução, eu com malas e tudo pra viaja com urgência, não fiz fui em outra locadora sai com o carro.

Good car rental option. I prefer the one driven by the cleanliness and condition of the vehicles. But united sometimes has unbeatable prices.

What excuse will Unidas give for having delivered an entirely dirty car, in a disgraceful state to a customer?? It's getting to be unhealthy!! A disgust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida da unidade Aeroporto de Guarulhos, na unidade Mogi das Cruzes é praticamente IMPOSSÍVEL o atendimento telefônico, e o argumento usado é que eles estão fazendo entrega de veículos ou recebimento e não dá pra atender! Fiz uma locação MENSAL e no final não precisei de todos estes dias e acabei devolvendo o veículo 15 dias antes e NÃO HOUVE qualquer possibilidade de revisão de valores, e o argumento era que essa revisão para devolução de valores se dá a partir da SEGUNDA LOCAÇÃO NA UNIDADE. Achei o argumento péssimo deixando claro que visavam somente o lado da empresa, não dando oportunidade pro cliente em rever a realidade e atendendo a necessidade.
I was very well attended at the Guarulhos Airport unit, at the Mogi das Cruzes unit it is practically IMPOSSIBLE to answer by phone, and the argument used is that they are delivering vehicles or receiving and it is not possible to answer! I made a MONTHLY lease and in the end I didn't need all these days and I ended up returning the vehicle 15 days before and THERE WAS NO possibility of reviewing values, and the argument was that this review for refunding values takes place from the SECOND LEASE ON UNITY. I thought the argument was terrible, making it clear that they were only aimed at the company's side, not giving the customer the opportunity to review reality and meet the need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima atendente, fiz a reserva na terça feira dia 12/04/2022 para pegar o carro dia 13/04/2022 . Cheguei na loja falei Boa tarde ela nem respondeu só falou um momento em seguida falou tem reserva falei sim ela falou não tem carro corta e grossa , perguntei mas nenhum ? Ela disse tem carro superior vc tem que pagar a mais . Falei mas não tem nenhum que possa me atender? Ela não já te falei. Aí falei nossa muito ruim seu atendimento peguei meu cartão e documento e fui embora aí hj dia 16/04/2022 fui tentar fazer uma reserva e não consegui e não estou acreditando a atendente abriu uma reclamação contra mim . Alugo na unidas a mais de 5 anos sou tratado muito mal e ainda recebo uma reclamação que bloqueia meu cadastro. Muito triste mesmo ?
Terrible attendant, I made the reservation on Tuesday 04/12/2022 to pick up the car on 04/13/2022. I arrived at the store I said Good afternoon she didn't even answer she just spoke a moment then she said do you have a reservation I said yes she said there is no car cut and thick, I asked but none? She said there is a superior car you have to pay more. I said but there is no one who can answer me? She hasn't already told you. Then I said how bad your service I took my card and document and left there today 04/16/2022 I went to try to make a reservation and I couldn't and I don't believe the attendant opened a complaint against me. I have been renting at Unidas for over 5 years, I am treated very badly and I still receive a complaint that blocks my registration. Really sad ?
