Atraso de 15 dias para a entrega do carro, não veio a chave reserva , e ontem ao voltar de viagem com minha família, o carro furou o pneu e o estepe que me forneceram era de um outro veículo, que não encaixava.
4 horas na estrada , fui rebocado, e gastei uma grana absurda para arrumar um pneu.
Retificando, após 1 ano e 3 meses me ligaram e fui fazer a chave reserva, porém o estepe não resolveram e já comprei , por isso agora dei 2 estrelas.
Espero que resolva pois o atendimento é bom , só o pós venda deixou a desejar

Rectifying, after 1 year and 3 months they called me and went to make the spare key, however the spare tire did not solve and I already bought, so now I gave 2 stars.
I hope it resolves because the service is good, only after sales left something to be desired

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! Um grupo de vendedores -5, fica na porta da agência acompanhados do avalista. Antes mesmo do cliente descer do carro, eles se olham, olham para o carro com cara de deboche, e tentando adivinhar, um do grupo diz que é Avaliação, dando um toque para o avalista. Falta de treinamento, indiscrição total! Não havia nada de errado com o meu carro, mas eles fizeram me senti desrespeitado(a). Não volto e nem indico essa agência pra ninguém.
Lousy service! A group of sellers -5, is at the door of the agency accompanied by the guarantor. Before the client even gets out of the car, they look at each other, look at the car with a mocking face, and trying to guess, one of the group says that it is Evaluation, giving a touch to the guarantor. Lack of training, total indiscretion! There was nothing wrong with my car, but they made me feel disrespected. I don't come back and I don't recommend this agency to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um veículo em fevereiro de 2021, fiz o pagamento de toda documentação só que até agora nada do documento ser emitido em meu nome. Fora que o depois descobri que o veículo possuía débito de multa de 2018, com isso o Detran reprovou a emissão do documento no meu nome, e nem a troca da placa Mercosul eu consigo fazer. Com tudo isso eles demorou para pagar as multas, e estourou o prazo do laudo de transferência. Olha to com uma dor de cabeça com isso, ligo lá um joga para outro e nada. Enquanto o vendedor foi super profissional comigo, o departamento de documentação tá um descaso total.

Besides, after I found out that the vehicle had a 2018 fine debt, with that, Detran rejected the issuance of the document in my name, and I can't even change the Mercosul license plate. While the seller was super professional with me, the documentation department is totally neglectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo comprei um carro q com três dias estouro o câmbio levei p arrumar na oficina q eles indicará demoro 15 p entregar fiquei três sem carro, depois arrumaram um reserva ,p pegar o carro reserva tive q me deslocar em itaquera me deparei com aqueles atendimentos com cara feia comprei tem dois meses estou sofrendo até agora já vendi o carro q e um lixo w eles não entregam a chave reserva que é codificada.
Very bad I bought a car that took three days to break the exchange rate. I took it to the repair shop. They will indicate it will take me 15. I got three without a car. Then they got a reservation. ugly face I bought it two months ago I'm suffering so far I've sold the car q and a garbage w they don't deliver the spare key that is encoded.
