comprei um renaut kwid zen 2017/2018 em 02/02/2019 e ate hoje dia 15/05/2019. nao me entregaram a chave original e o manual do proprietario. Já solicitei por mais de 2vezes com o vendedor claudiney e o gerente Andre da loja da kizaemon Takeuti.e nada so prometi e não me entrega. Preciso dos meus itens ,CHAVE ORIGINAL E MANUAL DO PROPRIETARIO.

I bought a renaut kwid zen 2017/2018 on 02/02/2019 and until today 15/05/2019. I was not given the original key and owner's manual. I have already asked for more than 2 times with the seller claudiney and the manager Andre from the store of kizaemon Takeuti.e nothing I promised and it does not deliver. I need my items, ORIGINAL KEY AND OWNER'S MANUAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha comprei o carro mais uma semana depois fui colocar os acessórios de meu gosto aí percebi que os pneus da frente não corresponde ao originais do carro os dois traseiro e estepe são continental e o da frente um da de Vectra o detalhe e que está velhos a lateral do pneu está rachados falei com o gerente e não tive um retorno pois achei que era uma loja de confiança passei lá hoje para ver se tinha um retorno até agora nada e nem uma posição .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um Fiat Argo no dia 23/12/2020 e o vendedor me informou que os Pneus eram novos, e inclusive fui viajar com o carro, só que estava puxando o volante para a direita, levei para fazer alinhamento e balanceamento e 2 pneus completamente sem condições.
A Unidas fez a troca perfeitamente dos pneus, me reembolsando o valor pago, agradeço pela prestatividade!!!
