★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei um carro e me entregaram um carro de outro grupo o mesmo era inferior ao grupo que escolhi e tive que pagar o mesmo preço. Como não tive escolha (pois estava longe da minha cidade) fui forçado a pegar o veículo. As pessoas que alugaram no mesmo dia que eu também relataram o mesmo problema. Alugam carro no site e ao chegar no local não tem o carro ou nenhum modelo do grupo selecionado. Não recomendo, se tiverem a oportunidade de alugar, sugiro que vá na concorrência que é 10 vezes melhor e não vai ter essa dor de cabeça de pagar um valor alto por uma categoria e pegar um veículo inferior.
I rented a car and they gave me a car from another group that was inferior to the group I chose and I had to pay the same price. As I had no choice (because it was far from my city) I was forced to take the vehicle. People who rented the same day as me also reported the same problem. They rent a car on the website and when they arrive at the site they do not have the car or any model of the selected group. I don't recommend, if you have the opportunity to rent, I suggest you go to the competition, which is 10 times better and you won't have the headache of paying a high price for a category and getting an inferior vehicle.
