passei meu cartao de debito do banco do brasil, a atendente Marlene colocou o valor e pediu pra digitar a senha,feito isso apareceu uma mensagem com um codico de erro,ela repetiu o processo e eu a senha novamente,ai ficou processando e apareceu tempo excedido,ela tornou a repetir e eu a colocar a senha,apareceu a msgn não autorizado procurar sua agencia. coloquei um outro cartao do banco itau e efetuei o pagamento.
apos retirar o cimento recebi uma mensagem no celular avisando que tinha sido feito uma compra nesse estabelecimento e havia descontado o valor de R$64,50,voltei ate a loja pra informar a caixa que tinha cobrado duas vezes,mostrei o comprovante e extrato da conta,ela disse que não poderia fazer nada,de tanto eu reclamar e insistir ela falou que falaria com o gerente e me ligaria.Quase perto de fechar apareci la de novo,saiu uma mulher que não quis se identificar e falou que não poderia fazer nada,e logo não deixou eu falar e mandou eu procurar meus direitos ,entrou a loja fechou e eu fiquei com cara de bobo.
fui mal tratado e lesado,pois paguei duas vezes pelo mesmo produto.
acionei 190 e veio uma viatura que me orientou,pois o estabelecimento ja havia fechado...
agora esta eu aqui com o prejuízo,cuidado nesse local!

I put in another bank card from itau and made the payment.
after removing the cement I received a message on my cell phone saying that a purchase had been made in this establishment and had discounted the amount of $ 64.50, returned to the store to inform the cashier who had charged twice, showed the proof and statement of the account , she said she could do nothing, so I complain and insist she said she would talk to the manager and call me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje minha esposa entrou em contato com a loja para saber se entregavam na cidade nova América zona sul de São Paulo um pouco depois de Parelheiros, a atendente informou que sim mas cobrava uma taxa de 1,10 por cada saco e a compra teria que ser acima de 50 sacos de cimento, com a ilusão de que seríamos bem atendidos saimos de nossa casa que fica na rua Pensilvânia no Brooklyn novo até a loja que fica na avenida senador Teotônio Vilela cerca de 30km de distancia, quando chegamos no local fomos informados pela caixa de que não entregava no bairro de destino final (cidade nova América) ficamos muito chateados com o descaso e falta de informação concreta, pedimos para falar com o gerente mais não foi possível segundo a caixa os assuntos deveria ser tratado com ela mesmo ou com a telefonista, ou seja duas pessoas despreparadas para lidar com o publico!!
