Quando ligo ninguém atende, quando atende não sabe dá informações. Uma verdadeira palhaçada, que tornou frustante o meu sonho de uma pós Graduação. A nota de você é ZERO e do atendimento de vocês a nota é -ZEROOOOOOOOOOOO.
 My experience was terrible, I enrolled in the graduate course and I am feeling stolen. I started paying in June and so far I haven't had a return on the start of classes. When I call, nobody answers, when I answer, I don't know how to give information. A real clowning, which made my dream of a postgraduate degree frustrating. Your note is ZERO and your attendance note is -ZEROOOOOOOOOOOO.

The college offers a good structure, but the service by phone, email and sometimes in person leaves a lot to be desired.

a pessoa que me inscreveu, no contrato eles colocaram outro acordo diferente do que eu tinha feito, aumentando significativamente o valor da mensalidade, além do péssimo atendimento. Estou indignada, não indico a absolutamente ninguém!
The worst I've ever seen, I signed up, made a financial deal with
the person who signed me up, in the contract they put another agreement different from the one I had done, significantly increasing the monthly fee, in addition to the poor service. I'm outraged, I don't recommend it to anyone at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito para com o estudante, ao atrasar apenas 1 dia o financeiro prontamente liga para cobrar diversas vezes, porém quando o estudante precisa de alguma informação nenhum dos meios de atendimento funciona, seja portal, whatsapp ou telefone, neste ultimo nenhuma das opções da ura leva a lugar nenhum, a pessoa ficar vários minutos aguardando e depois a ligação cai. Falta de respeito, faculdade péssima!!! Passei presencialmente na unidade e embora seja cobrada mensalidade em janeiro não havia nenhum funcionário trabalhando além do porteiro, um ciclo sem fim no qual me formei a meses atrás e não consigo obter meu diploma.
Lack of respect for the student, when delaying just 1 day, the finance officer promptly calls to collect several times, but when the student needs some information, none of the service means works, whether portal, whatsapp or phone, in the latter none of the options of the ura leads nowhere, the person waits several minutes and then the call hangs up. Lack of respect, bad college!!! I went in person to the unit and although monthly fees are charged in January, there were no employees working other than the doorman, an endless cycle in which I graduated months ago and I can't get my degree.
