Lousy service, a very big disorganization, they don't answer the phone and when they answer they can't solve anything, one passes to the other each one says something, I was disappointed because I thought it was different.

Liguei me informaram o contato por whatsapp com a Sra Madeline, dia 24 de março, ate hoje espero a resposta sobre.
Ja tentei fazer pelo ticket, sem sucesso, aparece a informacao de alterar o assunto ou motivo. Estou tentando fazer pela ouvidoria e resolver, SEM SUCESSO
Só pra ressaltar, parte de cobrança é ótima,
Agora atender e cumprir com seus objetivos são outras história... Atendimento péssimo!!!
I would like to apply for my diploma or degree certificate in physical education. Class of 2019.
I was already in person and I was told it was in progress, that was three months ago.
I called informed me the contact by whatsapp with Mrs. Madeline, day 24 of March, until today I wait the answer on.
I tried to do it for the ticket, without success, the information appears to change the subject or reason. I'm trying to do it by the ombudsman and solve it, SUCCESSFULLY
Just to mention, the billing part is great,
Now meeting and fulfilling your goals are another story ... Lousy service !!!
