Por duas vezes seguidas na mesma semana tentei contato com o polo de Varginha Mg.
A primeira vez no dia 11/01 depois de mandar mensagem às 11 horas e não obter resposta, fui até o polo por volta das 16hs, chegando lá estava fechado, no momento saiu duas moças lá de dentro e passaram por mim me ignorando, liguei no número que estava na placa e também não atenderam.
Hoje 13/01 outra vez tentei contato por WhatsApp e novamente não obtive resposta, a mensagem foi visualizada e não respondida, até o momento.
Estou com problemas com boleto e pagamento, muito preocupada com a minha situação e não tem ninguém para me auxiliar.
Acho muito descaso, pois essa situação se repetir duas vezes na mesma semana.
Estou com problemas no boleto e se tiver multa quem irá pagar? Se não tenho atendimento.

Twice in a row in the same week I tried to contact the Varginha Mg.
The first time on 01/11 after texting at 11 am and getting no response, I went to the center around 4 pm, when I got there it was closed, at the moment two girls came out and they passed me ignoring me, I called the number that was on the plate and they didn't answer either.
Today 01/13 I tried to contact via WhatsApp again and again I didn't get a response, the message was viewed and not answered, so far.
I'm having problems with boleto and payment, very worried about my situation and there's no one to help me.
I think it's very neglect, because this situation is repeated twice in the same week.
I have problems with the ticket and if I have a fine who will pay? If I don't have service.
