Due to a slight arthrosis of the joints it was recommended that I stretch and strengthen the muscles. I was welcomed by the whole team and I have been accompanied with affection by the whole team for improvement and well-being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia com bons aparelhos e infraestrutura, porém o atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Por mais que a academia tenha muitos instrutores senti falta de assistência mesmo em horários menos movimentados. Tenho problema de coluna e joelho e como tinham muitos aparelhos que não sabia usar, fazia os exercícios errados e os instrutores viam e nao falavam nada. Nao necessito de atendimento exclusivo, ja que nas outras academias que frequentei nunca tive problema com isso e sempre que fazia algo errado alguem ia me corrigir na hora. Fica a sugestão de melhorar o atendimento ja que o estabelecimento possui profissionais suficientes para isso
Gym with good equipment and infrastructure, but the service leaves much to be desired. As much as the academy has many instructors, I felt the lack of assistance even in less busy times. I have a spine and knee problem and as they had many devices that I did not know how to use, I did the wrong exercises and the instructors saw and said nothing. I do not need exclusive service, since in the other gyms I attended I never had a problem with it and whenever I did something wrong someone would correct me right away. We suggest improving the service since the establishment has enough professionals for this
