★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é ruim, mas como é o local em que vende os uniformes da escola que minha filha estuda, e a loja é próxima a minha casa, sempre compro lá. Faz 4 anos que compro na loja e todo ano é a mesma coisa, atendimento ruim, sem atenção alguma, mas este ano conseguiram se superar. Dia 05/03 comprei os uniformes da minha filha e não tinha o blusão de frio, todos os meses eu ligo na loja, pois eles ficam com o nome lá mas nunca dão satisfação se o produto chegou, hoje 03/08 pela 8º vez liguei e até agora o produto ainda não chegou, e a desculpa é a pandemia, sendo que as escolas já voltaram faz muito tempo e já é inverno. Péssima loja, péssimo pós venda, e total falta de consideração com o cliente, pois já que vendem uniformes, os pais ficam nas mão deles e ainda oferecem vender blusões sem o logo da escola, bem mais caro.
The service is bad, but as it is the place where my daughter attends school uniforms, and the store is close to my house, I always shop there. I've been buying at the store for 4 years and every year it's the same thing, poor service, no attention at all, but this year they managed to surpass themselves. On 03/05 I bought my daughter's uniforms and I didn't have a cold jacket, every month I call the store, because they keep the name there but they never give satisfaction if the product arrived, today 08/03 for the 8th time I called and so far, the product hasn't arrived yet, and the excuse is the pandemic, since the schools are back a long time ago and it's already winter. Bad store, bad after-sales, and total lack of consideration for the customer, since they sell uniforms, parents are in their hands and even offer to sell jackets without the school logo, much more expensive.

Terrible attendance. Depending on the school there are other options for stores and that's exactly what I did. If the pre sales is already so deficient, imagine the post.
